Fantastic house for groups and families. The rooms with their own bathroom are a plus and the location of the pool allows you to enjoy beautiful moments of sunset.

A very pleasant stay in a very comfortable and flirty house. It sleeps great. Very quiet area and if you open the living room window at night the water from the square fountain is very relaxing. Roberto is very nice, flexible, he left us some details that were very thankful during our stay and gave us very good advice on what to visit, where to eat and was attentive to anything we needed, so a host of 10. Both the house and its owner have been a fully recommended experience. Thank you!

The house was clean, comfortable and updated. It is close to good hiking areas with in the national park as well as really close to Plasencia. The village is smaller and more quiet, which is nice. Around the house are all the amenities you could need: small grocery store, gas station, meat and cheese store, etc... The house has AC in the bedrooms and living room, but the cool evening breezes also quickly cooled down the house at night with the windows open. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The internet was so slow it was not usable for us, but we could get good connectivity by cell phone. Overall we would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the national park particularly.

A very unique, funky place that exceeds expectations. Well outfitted even with small extras like milk and snacks. Most important to us was Javier had a garage we could store our bikes in. Being on the Eurvelo 1 route I highly recommend it to cyclists.

After a trip through Portugal, it was a bit by chance on the way back, that we booked this place. What a wonder! you feel good from the only one crossing the cabin decorated with taste and attention to detail. The site is bucolic, surrounded by olive trees, orange trees and a remarkable pool. Breakfast is excellent, generously prepared with quality products. Florence and Eric guided us through the discovery of the surroundings, which allowed us to take a great bike ride, also a great experience with a dinner at a typical restaurant. They are valuable hosts who have a great sense of hospitality. Our only regret: a short stay!

Lugar da Pedra Altra is a very special place, the host were very helpful and we had a very memorable holiday. We stayed there as a group of eight, two families and we had enough space, and the breakfast that they supplied was very enjoyable. We would look to visit again in the future
