beautiful home and well thought if design for big group. amenities was well equipped, for bbq, for cooking, serving large crowd. loved the garden and outdoor. private and peaceful. The rooms was nice and comfy, toilet was clean and the commonn areas like dining, hall, outdoor patio was nice place for a live group hangout to chill, play games, or just chit chat. serena, is ever ready to help out and attend any queries and they have a care taker at all times. aircond in one room was not cold, but immidately host arranged to get someone to repair. loved the place and will definitely come back here.

It was a good stay and every amenities needed was just right there. Only downfall is the pool is extremely small. Just nice for kids between 2-4 years old.. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay with big family.

The house is large can housed 22 adults with 11 beds. Taufiq the assistant was so friendly and responsive. Really nice place with nice well kept landscape. Walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurant around though we had our BBQ dinner. Only problem we had was the house is too near to the main road. In the middle of the night there are groups of mat rempit (group of bikers, not 1 but few groups taking turn) making so so much noise until almost 3am caused so much of nuisance. We reckon it was a pre Labour Day hence all the Malay guys were out for fun but that was extremely inconsiderate considering revving the bike during that hour. However that was beyond anyone’s control since they did in public space. We will certainly come back if opportunity allows. All the adults and kids had great time staying in this house.

We spent two nights here on a family vacation, I must say everything was excellent, clean and the villa was very spacious. My family really enjoyed our stay there, and it felt really comfortable. Great place, would definitely recommend it for big families. Not to forget, we had a wonderful host, thank you.

Pool could be cleaner but everything else is great and fine. Lots of parking, easy access.

I had a very relaxing stay. Sunset was beautiful and we had a clear view from the back yard. My kids enjoyed the pool while we had a fantastic bbq. All in all a great holiday. The host was very helpful and responsive. Took me for a tour and gave clear instructions on where things are and how to use.

House is well maintained. Does creak when you walk around, but it is to be expected of a house on stilts. The entrance to the house from verandah requires a large step up (or step down if you are leaving). Older folks found it a bit challenging. Perhaps putting an extra step there would help. Interior of house was clean. The BBQ place wasn't adequately cleaned though. The toilets were a bit cramped. And no hot water. But a pail was provided for each toilet, so you can put hot water inside it to bathe. There were no ants or mosquitoes inside the house. But a lot of moths (outside the house) attracted to lights. So doors and windows had to be closed at night. No AC in living room or dining. But there were fans and it wasn't that hot inside the house and can open doors and windows for cross ventilation - just not at night. There was AC in 2 bedrooms which was cold enough. House is not far from the road, so you can hear vehicles. But still managed to sleep despite this. Overall, it was a g
