This is officially my favorite place to stay in PD!! I love the sea view, the interior, everything! The place is near the beach and restaurants, and the host even shared local places for food and leisure. The check-in and check-out process is a breeze and the host is very friendly and responsive. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely come back here in the near future!

The place is very clean and cozy. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for easy self-checkin process. When we checked-in, we were greeted by some simple snacks and Nespresso coffee machine, so it was quite a pleasant gesture from the host. The place was also close to the beach, and quite convenient to restaurants, supermarket, etc. Overall, it was a wonderful stay experience. Will choose to come back here again in the future.

Stayed for two days one night, it was very pleasing one! The host is very responsive and helpful when we had a problem occured! Would recommend to those who want to stay at PD where the place is walkable to beach, big pool, tealive, kenangan coffee and many moreeee along the waterfront. Weekend night is very happening cause you can do many activities at walkable distance! The house is very clean and the airconds were functioning well! Overall, I’m very satisfied and will repeat it again 😇

The view is just amazing. Your kids and family will love it. Also, was quite worried with the cleanliness of the airbnb since saw a lot of other comments of other places are not clean. But this listing is clean, the place is cozy and comfortable. The staffs are so helpful and nearby got a lot of good food as well. If you’re hungry during midnight, can get Mcdonalds for supper as it just located just opposite of the stay.

Stayed here for two nights participating in the PD triathlon race. Peaceful surrounding. Quiet and cosy. The unit is on the ground floor hence access is easy. Within walking distance to convenience stores, supermarket as well as restaurants. Responsive host. Highly recommended.

Thankful for the last min change of mind to book this air bnb i stead of other resort/hotel. Stayed here as husband got work @ Pantai Batu 1. we truly enjoyed the beautiful seaview , sounds of the waves and homie feeling of thisair bnb. Easy to find food, etc as almost everything is a walking distance. kids enjoyed the beach, pool, playground etc. would say would love be my choice of air bnb whenever we are in PD. host very helpful and accomodating with flexible check in and checkout . Truly happy with our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay there. The house is clean and beyond my expectation. There is 2 room with extra bed at the living area. The host is very attentive and helpful. They gave clear instructions before our arrival.

It's a nice place with fantastic view. Though the building itself seems old, but the scenery from the window is timeless. The entrance area of the unit also looks like a gallery, which I love the concept and the photos as well. The unit is also simple enough for a short retreat.

Very affordable price compared to direct booking with hotel. Unit is spacious, clean, suitable for families. The only disappointment is water heater not working in master bathroom. But the rest of the stay was enjoyable. Overall worth every penny. Will definitely come again

After looking at countless homestays around the Sendayan area, we finally settled on Amy's homestay as the location was near to the venue where we needed to go. The place was exactly the same as per the listing. The host, Amy, was extremely gracious and accommodating to all our requests/questions asked. We had a pleasant stay.

Sunset Place is very comfortable and beautiful. Suitable for 2-3 families, the house is all enough, the host is responsive. Just 2 minutes to the beach and the decorative fish center. God willing, will come again. All the best Sunset PD Homestay!
