Townhome vacation rentals in Shropshire

Had a really lovely week here. Place was very clean. lots of space. Loved having a floor for each family. I think what stood out by far was how well equipped it was for kids. Bathroom stools, toilet seats, toys, games, kids cutlery. Never seen a place like it. Only downside is not having space for 2 cars. Never had an issue with parking the second car ( there's an old Austin that looks its been there since the 70s that we parked behind round the corner all week) but the quads were given a workout walking up that hill every day. We had plenty of warning though and the trade off for such a lovely place was worth it Seeing family as was brought up round here so didn't do too much of the tourist stuff, but there's plenty nearby, and a park just over the river. All in all had a great time

Really enjoyed the stay. The property has a lot of character and is very comfortable. It is well situated for the town centre, yet in a peaceful location. Parking was easy.

Can’t say enough nice words about our stay in Stratford at #23. The house is exactly what you’d expect from the description and pictures on the App, if not better in real life. It’s location is excellent - 2x parking spaces that are free and allow you to park up and walk to and from all the great local amenities and attractions. During our stay we walked to and from the racecourse, the town centre and the theatre. The house is super sociable, we got an amazing takeaway delivered to the property on night one - no hassle. We lifted some groceries locally and made great use of the kitchen and dining space which flows lovely out to the garden space. The bedrooms are all equally excellent and not a dud room amongst them. Bed linen and duvets and mattresses all high quality and make that difference. Jess is truly a super host - if you stay here go round the corner to the pub on Bull Street, it’s worth it

Thanks for the host for making our stay feel like home. Out three boys loved the space and the many board games and books to read. The place was very clean, location amazing to explore the beautiful surroundings and off course the castle. I will miss the butcher's shop, we were right at home central to many attractions and the 2 car car park was a huge plus. I took a chance, because I almost did not book for it's non-refundable policy due to my non-flex work schedule and I think this is the only downside and I wish we could have gotten a later checkout. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay for all my family members.

Lovely house in a central location, perfect for exploring the town and nearby walks. Really well equipped house with everything you might need. Also amazing period features. Would definitely recommend this as a stay for anyone who wants to visit Montgomery.

The house was great for us..very clean and coffee, tea, sugar, milk and wine ready for us when we arrived which is good 👍. had a lovely stay and the pooch loved the walks. Thankyou so much Amanda 😁

Absolutely loved our stay at Barn Cottage, the accommodation is spacious but cosy and beautifully furnished throughout, with lovely gardens and located within walking distance of Ledbury, which is a really lovely, interesting little town with loads of nice shops, restaurants and pubs. Thanks so much for being wonderful hosts and would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing house! The location was brilliant, literally 1 minute walk from the main street in Chester but wasn't noisy! The house was immaculate, so clean and exactly like the photos. We had our 10 month old with us, and we couldve just turned up with him, as there was all the things we needed there (highchair, baby bath, toys, travel cot etc) which was so helpful! Sarah gave us exact instructions of how to find the parking for the house, which made it very easy to locate! Sarah was lovely and helpful and quick when replying. Couldn't have asked for more!! We'll definitely be back! Beautiful week in Chester!

We had the best stay at Jonathan's house over the Easter weekend. We wanted somewhere that was modern and clean and in a peaceful location. It was a beautiful house to stay in and we spent plenty of time there. Communication and recommendations were great and we couldn't recommend it more. We're hoping to be back next year.

We had a great break in Stratford and Mikes place is in a great location just away from the busy town centre but close enough to walk in to the centre. The house was very clean and well maintained with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely views over the racecourse are a bonus.

A beautiful house that was so full of character. Well located could walk everywhere and still so peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Anya’s place in Bakewell is tip top! Beautiful and luxurious inside and in an excellent location for Bakewell and surrounding areas. Anya is an excellent host too - very prompt at getting back to any questions I had. Going to Bakewell? Stay here!

What a wonderful place to stay. Close to the town centre with great restaurants. Charlene very responsive to questions. Loved our stay, hope to return.

A great location, easy access to Chester just a short walk away. Not the most luxury surround outside of the apartment a lot of dog doo on streets and right outside the apartment one day. (appreciate this is not apartment owners fault - but think the price does lead you to believe it is a high end environment and it is not) The property itself is good condition and good standard of all mod cons etc

We loved our stay at 6 Portabello. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, the furniture was classy and comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was great. We loved Charlotte's quirky additions to the place. It's very central for getting into town and all the amenities are on the doorstep. We would recommend a stay at Charlottes place.

Rob is the best host I’ve been with on Airbnb, he as an absolute gentleman and extremely kind, I cannot rate this house and host high enough, we were in a very difficult situation and Rob just kept helping us, his house is lovely, clean, chic and very comfortable, it’s home from home, but I tell you that the host makes this place, you do not find many kind people these days. From myself and Kelly, that you Bob, if you want to run a great Airbnb be like Bob xxx ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great house in a great location. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Wonderful outside area which I would imagine will be marvellous in the summer months. Short walk into town where you will find great pubs and restaurants. Train station easily walkable for short hop into Cardiff. Can’t praise this property highly enough. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here if available.

This is a lovely house just outside chesterfield town centre. Tastefully decorated and with lots of extras such as board games, maps for walking, and everything you could need. Andy is a fantastic responsive host and made sure I had everything I needed. When there was a small problem (outside of his control), it was sorted immediately and he even recommended someone to jump start my car on my final day when it didn’t work! Definitely recommend and I would rebook if work brought me back to chesterfield.

We loved our stay at Jenny’s home. The house was clean, had all the essentials and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy on the street. Also great having the tesco right across the road. We hired a car and easily travelled between the towns in the area. As it was Easter weekend some of the towns were very busy, so was nice coming back to this area as it wasn’t as busy. Good food and pubs within walking distance. Would recommend!

Perfect central Bakewell location with ample parking. Great space, very clean, responsive host, convivial and well equipped kitchen. The house and walled garden both feel private and discreet despite being 2 minutes walk from the town centre. Good Wi-Fi supports video streaming and remote working. Excellent for groups or family gatherings.

It was SUCH a treat to stay at this amazing Airbnb! It felt like having a 5* boutique hotel to ourselves. Every room had its own wow factor and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pictures somehow don’t do it justice. We stayed for a wedding at Caswell house which is an easy 10 minute drive away. Louisa was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay that we will never forget :-)

We stayed as a family of 4 with two kids. The stair gates provided were very helpful as was the high chair and travel cot for our toddler. The location is great for walking into town - very close to amenities such as Tudor World, the MAD museum, river cruises etc. also a nice range of restaurants easily walkable. The kitchen onto the living room configuration was a nice set up for the family. Everything was clean and as described.

As a family of four, this house was absolutely perfect for our short holiday in the Brecon Beacons. It is so incredibly spacious and clean and well equipped. Perfect location with all local shops restaurants and sore seeing within walkable distance. The host was unbelievably helpful and kind. We can’t praise this house enough. Well worth the price, without a doubt. If we ever return to this area of Wales, we will definitely return to this house. The kitchen has everything you could wish for. The beds are all delightfully comfortable and the bed linen is beautifully soft. The heating and hot water was brilliant. We honestly could not have wished for a better place to stay for our short break. Five stars for everything.

Lovely immaculate townhouse. spotlessly clean with modern facilities. we didn't use the garden but it was well kept and set out for enjoyment. Private parking. Location 15 to 20 minutes walk into the town centre. There is a bus station close by for non drivers. Would recommend highly.
