Vacation rentals in Short Creek Township

It was a really good experience and the house was 5 stars.

Our stay at Freida and Ervin’s was AMAZING!! We planned our trip to celebrate my sister’s birthday and had the best time ever. Their home was so very cozy, we had the yummiest cookies waiting for us, and so clean. During our visit we also had a little snow storm and Ervin came out before we left to clear the driveway. I don’t have enough great things to say. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely loved this cabin. The host thought of everything from kitchen utensils to games for kids to laundry detergent to wood for the fireplace. My family will definitely be back. The cabin was big enough for twelve of us with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two extra sitting areas with pullout couch beds. The kids who are all grown loved the hot tub, the rustic and beautiful furniture, the amazing views and the foosball table. We will be back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor areas with two fire pits, the huge front porch with a swing and the grill. Added plus was the three car garage. Lindsey responded to all my emails within minutes. She offered suggestions for things to do and when I asked to come a little earlier to set up a Christmas tree, she put a gorgeous tree up instead but also allowed me a two hour earlier check in.

Marissa's cabin was exactly as promised! This was are 4th year of coming to Leesville Lake to fish. The fishing this year was not the best and I'm pretty sure the drought is over, can't control the weather. Staying at the cabin was a total pleasure, the enclosed porch area is very comfortable and a great place to spend a rainy day! We were able to enjoy a outside fire on our first night, and totally enjoy the night time calming sounds of the lake, the owl every evening was a plus. When we were unable to spend our evening outside around the fire ring the fireplace in the living room was a great replacement, there is nothing like a fire and watching a movie to relax. It was very nice not having TV and all the political commercials. If you are looking for a beautiful place to get away and relax this is the place.

Enjoyed 2 nights for New Years Eve with my sisters, mom, and our children. Plenty of space to spread out,but also big enough living area to all be together as well! Outside area looks great and we would definitely consider coming back when weather is better and we can enjoy everything this place has to offer!

The perfect getaway!! Quiet, serene, close to so much and we WILL return. EVERYTHING was perfect. The bed and pillows were amazing after a long day of hiking at Cuyahoga National Park. Having the company of our dog and the love shared in this home to show their acceptance and love of pets was amazing. Everything was in perfect order and they go above and beyond having extra supplies. It was awesome to be able to take in the fresh air with coffee and relax before we left having no "chores". The back sunroom was a comfortable entry, relaxing hang out after a long day and perfecf for morning quiet time. The large front yard provided ample play space with our girl Bella!! ❤️ We only wished we could have had more nights to stay longer to relax and see more!

We loved staying at this little house! So clean. We’ve rented houses all over and this place had the things that make renting nice. Good towels - very clean bathroom. Amenities in the kitchen like spices and coffee. The furniture was comfortable. Nice outside spaces too. I hope we can stay here again in the future.

I stay every year. It’s a great location and we love the layout of the house.

The cabin is quaint and private. We loved the hot tub and the well equipped kitchen. Will definitely try to return in the future!

Beds are comfortable and extra blankets are available. Stayed over Christmas for a week to visit family.

Jennifer was an amazing host! She put us in touch with her friend and we went to the friend's restaurant and had such a great time. (All the food in that area is incredible, but be sure to bring your own insulin drip). The apartment was so cozy and cute, we found ourselves repeatedly glued to the sofa. Jennifer left us a welcome basket of goodies and detailed instructions on how to find things and where to go. We also met her cleaner/assistant, also named Jennifer, who educated us on the Amish and the area. Everyone we met was so nice. The apartment was really perfect and I kept telling my traveling companions, I need a place like this to move into when I sell my house! Only it needs to be in NJ . . . Highly recommend.
