You will get a free breakfast! Theres a loundry and dryer too. Close to a cheap bento store that open 24/7, many stores open til late night. Definitely will come back.

Had a great stay at Reina’s unit. It was my first time in Japan and Reina was very helpful and prompt in answering all my train questions—even offered to look up times for me in real time when we got lost. Check-in instructions were clear and even supplemented with pictures. As a germaphobe, I appreciated the slippers provided for the hotel, starting from the lobby. The unit itself was clean and had everything you’d need. The yukata was a great touch and was enjoyed by my family and I. The view form the balcony was great—even better from the shared rooftop, especially at night. The hotel only has a few units so it’s unlikely you’d even have to share the rooftop space. Even if you did, there’s plenty of seating so you can spread out. Lastly, the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with arranging our luggage delivery to our next hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend Sola Hotel & Reina!

we decided to stay in komagome, since i knew about the convenience of komagome from my previous trip to japan last year. this time, we’ve chosen this accommodation for a much longer trip and spent multiple weeks here. everything was fine; the neighborhood was very quiet and we‘ve never felt disturbed. it was easy, to get around tokyo and also very comfortable to start some daytrips. the apartment itself, is as described. the shops and amenities in the surrounding streets are open until late evening. so you can eat, drink and shop conveniently after an exhausting day exploring tokyo. we would stay here again!

This place was comfortable for a family of 5. The layout was awesome! The bunk bed was comfortable and safe. They also had toiletries (slippers, toothbrush with toothpaste, cotton for makeup, and bath sponge). The AC was strong and comfortable. This is good for a short stay as it’s close to Tokyo Haneda airport. Thank you!!

It was 3 separate apartments on different floors in the same building. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the station. The host was very flexible and responsive. Great stay!

This is a great place to stay with family. I have a 10 months old. We used the kitchen a lot to prepare baby food. The location is very convenient. Cross the street it has family mart. A few blocks away there are good selections of restaurants. Tokyo tower is right in the corner. Close to many attractions as well.

Easy check-in and there's always staff at the counter during working hours. The room has limited floor space for luggage but still able to open my luggage fully. Washing machine and the bathroom dryer features have been great, just wished that there could be a few more hangers to use. For longer stays, they offered me one room cleaning which I did not require. On a side note, wished they had larger trash bags available for me to collect my trash to bring down to them for disposal.

Had an amazing time at this place. The property is located in a very beautiful area and has a great JR lines connectivity(Yamanote line) which takes you to places such as Shibuya, Akihabara etc. All the amenities were there and our host was responsive throughout. Also thank you so much for taking care of my special request to make the listing available early for check in. Would be staying again during my next visit. Definitely recommend.

Everything was as described. Room was cozy but it’s effectively a hotel. Would stay again - a good base location to explore Tokyo.
