Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Shinjuku City

This is our 3rd stay at Kan’s house. We love the neighbourhood (convenient to the yamanote line and subway, easy to get amenities like groceries, bakery items, take away, pharmacy, etc.). While it’s not far from a major area, the neighbourhood is gorgeous and quiet. Kan is very communicative and helpful. We love the house so much, we actually want to build one like it for ourselves someday. Highly recommended!

It’s a comfortable and spacious house for a family of four. The location is so convenient with a lots to do. It’s about 10-minutes’ walk to the major train line. We enjoy our stay.

I enjoyed my stay here, the host was very polite and had fast communication. The airbnb was very close to Ikebukuro station and was very close to many convenient stores. I would recommend this place to many of those who are staying in Tokyo. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful home, very spacious rooms. Nice having two toilets but only one shower to share (not ideal for larger groups). Water never got overly hot but was warm enough. Not recommended for visitors with poor ambulation (steps are very steep and sleeping areas are on 3rd and 4th floors). Great for large, younger, able-bodied groups though. Surrounding area is amazing and easy walking distance to Sensō-ji temple (which is highly recommended). Owner was very responsive to inquiries. Overall great stay!

What a lovely place. It’s a local neighbourhood with lots of lovely eateries, bakeries and amenities. Good vintage clothes shopping too. The house is nicely designed with a Scandinavian touch. Anton was such a friendly host. My wife thought she had left her glasses there and Anton went to check at 11pm at night. I’m definitely coming back for sure.

Host is very responsive to request. Place is clean and is good for family and friends.

Kyo Ya was very hospitable and reachable! She provided a lot of helpful tips and tricks. The place was nice and clean! It was absolutely peaceful- a great way to relax after a long day or sightseeing and exploring.

The place is really nice. A bit small but very cozy.Can fit 3 families. We've grown to love the place in just a week. 800 meters away to Koiwa Station which is a good station towards main attractions of Tokyo. Taxi ride take 2 mins to book towards station. costs 900-1100 yen. But we barely felt the distance of the walk since the neighborhood is so nice. Very close to Police Station, Laundry Shop, Family Mart, 711, and 700 meters away from a Donquijote. which is a great plus It is 600 meters away from big grocery store and Daiso. If you walk North of it, there is a really nice Yakiniku Anrakutei and a really good ramen shop near the carwash. Best karaage in Tokyo imho.

Ayaka was responsive and helpful. she prepare a birthday cake for me as a surprise, how lovely she is. the place is near to KS train station, and have a lot of convenience store nearby. the house is clean, and even have a baby high chair which my baby love it so much. a plus point is she let us store our luggage till late after we check out because our flight is late night that day. how thoughtful she is, met her during our check out day. overall is very pleasant during our stay here, and definitely will recommend others for their stay in sumida city.
