Condo vacation rentals in Shinjuku City

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this home. I was here with my three kids, my husband and my mom. It was a perfect place as it was close to my grandmother’s house and in a central location close to Shinjuku station. It really helped that there was a subway station and bus station less a block away! The air bnb was very clean, organized and it was such a cute apartment. Checking in and out was very easy and I always felt safe. Our hosts Kayo and Kiyono were very good at communicating with me from the beginning and they were so helpful and sweet. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you so much to the super hosts!

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Comfortable beds, nice dining table, and good kitchen supplies… The only bad thing is Internet speed. It was barely working. In general, Everything is good for us. We enjoyed our accommodation with two kids. I will definitely stay here again .

Very nice place to stay, Maple was very enthusiastic to answer all the questions, the location was good and had some small issues that were taken care of in a timely manner after communicating.The response information is also very quick, and it is also suitable for bringing children together.

Yin and Jing both are very helpful , they just a message away, they will make you so comfortable and make your vacation memorable. Whenever i would make plan to visit Tokyo so this place will be my priority. Going to miss your place for sure. Thanks for everything!

Just stayed for 3 nights. The place was good - a little older property but it was clean and well equipped. The place was conveniently just a few minutes walk to the Yamanote line station nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and if you like, or want to try, Myanmar cuisine you are in luck - there are 3 or 4 restaurants serving it. The Ozeki supermarket is close by - it is well stocked with fresh foods.

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.

This place is an absolute gem! It’s just a 2-minute walk from Meguro Station, and there are lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We arrived late, and the staff was already there, ready to help us carry our luggage. They were super friendly and helpful. The only thing we were a bit confused about was using the cooking gadgets and washing machine, but they came to our room to show us how to use them.

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Location is perfect for anything, less than a 10 minute walk from the Shin-Okubo Station 10 minutes away from Shinjuku or spend time in Okubo with all the Korean restaurants. 15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station if you decide to walk. There are stores that sell fresh fruit, meats, and vegetables if you want to cook in the kitchen that already has all the pots and pans provided. Even though the house is in a busy area, once you go into the small street is very quiet and calm. Kasume-san does not disappoint with her responses and the home is spotless. The day of the check in she will probably be there to greet you and go through the house to answer your questions. She showed me how to use the appliances, shower and bathtub (soak in the bathtub 5/5). She will also help you wipe the dirt off the wheels of you luggage, please do that before going into the super clean house. When you check out please clean the best you can Kasume-san puts a lot of effort cleaning the house herself ^_^

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to almost all lawson or 7-11 stores which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. The host was kind, respectful, and an overall wonderful person, would recommend to any one who want stay at his apartment. Looking forward to staying here again...

Spacious and accommodating place. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to the Shibuya scramble and station. Many restaurants and stores at walking distance. The host was friendly and responsive. Would book again.

The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Tons of cozy izakaya around with supermarkets and convenience stores. With Komagome station of Yamanote line just nearby it is so easy to get to nearly every place in Tokyo. Sozo and Helen were super responsive and nice. Perfect experience!!!

Spacious apartment in great and well connected neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants and just two subway stops away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. The apartment is well furnished, kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. Although you probably won’t be cooking much as the apartment is in a neighborhood with really good restaurants for all tastes.

The spot was pretty good location wise, a little smaller than was expecting, but most places in Tokyo are similar, overall great spot to stay at.

Loved staying at Eleven’s place! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is very close to the train station and easy to get to. Can also walk directly from shinjuku about 20 mins if you want to skip the hub bub. Elevators in shin okubu station are right at the entrance and easy to find to transport our giant luggage’s. House is spacious and clean. Tatami mats and blankets were super nice to sleep on and the heater worked like a dream.

The place was very clean and a good size for us..the location was very good as well as there is shops restaurants around...the host was very responsive to all my query..Was a great stay overall
