I needed a base between my trips across Kansai region for three weeks, and this apartment was equipped with everything I needed to feel myself comfortable. It was pretty easy to get there either from Kyoto or Nara station. I would also like to underline a great communication with Oguri, his local recommendations and finding a time to meet in person. Pleasant and very clean accommodation with bicycles available to get around better. The instructions are welcome and the possibility of leaving your luggage before the hour or after the hour was much appreciated. I would this property.

We had a great 5 days and 4 nights stay here where it was super convenient to go about as it takes only 2-3 mins walk to the bus station! Not to mention, nearby convenience stores, free rental bicycle, quiet but still there are people who come and go (as there's a kindergarten nearby!) so it's not lonely & scary, even late at night. Yukari is an accommodating host and very easy to communicate. We got to get around popular spots in Kyoto easily thanks to the great location of Yukari's place ❤️

The location is honestly soo good. The place itself was superb and peaceful. Soo much room and space for the price, worth it.

The room was beautiful and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient. I was able to stay with peace of mind with a polite response. I would like to stay there again.

This booking is for the HOTEL MASTAY. It was by far the nicest accommodation we had in Japan and likely the best hotel I have stayed in during many international travels. The room is very spacious and had many high-end amenities. The staff are so kind and helped us make dinner reservations. The hotel is a 5 minute flat walk to the metro and an easy walk to many surrounding restaurants. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I returned to Kyoto. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The beautiful and comfortable Homestay and heat dry clothes bathroom that I like a lot but if you are using JR , the nearest is JR train station is Enmachi then use JR bus. it’s quite far from the JR bus stop. Better use city bus.

I was very satisfied with the facilities compared to the price. The subway station is close, and the service is good, so it's unfortunate that you can only go for one night.

Of course you can, here's a review for Airbnb: --- We just concluded a four-day stay, and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The tatami and beds were cozy, and the bathroom featured both drying and cooling functions. It was perfect for two people! The staff was very friendly, and we took advantage of the bicycle rental to explore the surrounding area. It was also very convenient to take the bus to many places. There are at least three large supermarkets nearby. The small cafes and restaurants in the area are definitely worth a try! Highly recommend!

Benedict was very responsive to our message. Since this was our first time to Kyoto, we missed the train and took the wrong bus, causing us unable to reach the airbnb for check in on time. Benedict was so patient and was even worried about us and asked whether we are OK and reminded us to be cautious coming back. It was easy to locate the airbnb as it was registered and can be found easily on maps. The house was clean, with all the complete amenities such as washer, dryer, microwave and so on. Rooms are spacious and we were comfortable staying there. As for the location, the nearest bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance. It will take some transit time to travel from the bus station to transfer to the train station. It is a peaceful neighbourhood. Other than that, everything is good. Benedict has even provided a huge map on the wall, full of recommendations and places to go for our references. Thank you again for hosting us.

Great place if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable to stay. The staff we're very helpful giving me all the details of the stay as well as accommodating early check-in which was very much appreciated! Also within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars, as well as the Kyoto Pokemon Center!
