Great place! Spacious and quiet while still close to everything

Really is the best location in town!

The place is great but the bus transfer from station was horrible. It took hours to find the office, waiting for the staff, waiting for the bus and so on. The wait is so long that after all these ordeals, we decided to take the time to have dinner and grab a taxi to the property instead.

We ended up at their office by mistake instead of the airbnb and their team had a shuttle bus service that took us directly to the airbnb, it was very easy to enter and clean. The location was great as well, walking distance to see a lot of things.

The accommodation was easy to find and in a great area close to shops and food. The area is peaceful. Luggage locker/closet onsite is very helpful. Overall great value and had a great stay. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and clean! The just let drop our suitcases off early which was super helpful. The location is perfect with lots to do in walking distance. There’s a shelf to store suitcases, we were able to comfortable fit 3 checked bags (two top open suitcases and one clamshell suitcase) with extra room to spare. Wifi was pretty fast too!

We stayed with 7 people.It was spacious and relaxing like a home, and my elderly parents were satisfied.There was no trouble with the large dining room with all the dishes in the kitchen.It was also close to Kawaramachi, and we were able to drive, but it was a convenient place to park!

Great location. Lots of space. Good communication, very responsive. Bath was nice, and view out of the windows was a nice feature. Sometimes we could hear the noise late at night from the bar across the hall, but it wasn’t too bad. Definitely recommend.

The place was perfect as it is very accessible to public transportation. They even provided extra information of restos and things to see around the area.

Pretty close to the central street with lots of shops and cafes. Just 20 minutes walk to Gion and Kyoto station. The apt is clean and has everything we needed. Air conditioner worked perfect and it was really warm for january. Host is very nice and friendly, thank you!

Perfect spot for a couple of nights for a family of 4. All amenities and laundry service was a reason we selected this space. Will recommend to others.

The location is excellent, the bus ride is super convenient, there is a super merchant, the room is clean and tidy, the stairs are a little steep, it's a little hard to carry your luggage, but not a drawback, I will definitely stay there again next time.

We enjoyed this location. We were able to walk to the Nishiki Market and several great restaurants in the area. It was convenient to the train station and subway. The apartment was clean. The heater was not super effective at warming the room quickly. The kitchenette was good. but there is not an adequate dining area, only a very small sofa and table. The convenience, cleanliness, and value here is worth 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.
