beautiful spot, centrally located to everything. walking distance to restaurants and bars but far enough to be quiet and comfy. Highly recommend this place and the host was fantastic!

The only thing bad about a great review is this might be occupied next time I am in DC and want to stay here--I will be back--perfect location for all my needs.

This was the perfect home away from home while I visited DC for a workshop. The space is very welcoming and comfortable throughout including a lovely mattress. The fully stocked kitchen let me bring groceries and easily make all of my meals. I loved being able to walk for my outings while having a hassle free place to park my car. Jennifer was very friendly, provided clear communications and made the whole experience easy for me. Highly recommend it.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect set up for my friends and colleagues to be able to relax, work, eat, and enjoy the area around us. The location is great for being able to walk to/from the water. Jackie was very responsive and helpful!

This space worked out well for our group. Very clean. The large and comfortable dining table helped us eat together as a group and gave a central space to hang out during the day. Bedrooms were as described, though the office hide-a-bed was a bit small (would have been tough to fit 2 on that one). We used all 4 rooms so it was a good value as compared to local hotels, with the added bonus of having the central locations for different parts of our group to gather. We enjoyed the waterfall in the yard and also took the short walk to Lake Artemesia. Street was quiet. We had some minor internet issues with the TV and wi-fi that I was able to fix. Overall having this space helped us have a fantastic family celebration weekend. Thank you!

Our stay at Kaylin & Alex's was fabulous. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all of the little extras. We brought our pups so it was great to have a yard and park close by. We could tell from the photos that it would be helpful to bring a gate to fence off an open part in the yard. Location was very walkable and the driveway was a perk. We love Frederick and would love to stay at Kaylin & Alex's house again.

We loved our stay! It was so cozy and charming, stayed nice and warm and the kitchen was well stocked. The record player was so nice to use and even though it was super cold and hard to go outside, the river was beautiful scenery. It was a quick & beautiful drive to Davis/thomas (about 40min). Highly recommend checking out the local wine bar Carrico’s, everyone was very nice and welcoming and told great stories about the towns history. We hope to come back again in the summer!

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly and made sure my brother and I were comfortable throughout our visit. They provided refreshing drinks and extra toiletries, and the place was spotless. I would definitely choose this spot again if I'm in the area thank you.

We had a wonderful trip and Elisa’s place was fantastic! Lots of nice small touches. Wonderful location, lots of great hiking, and she provided several excellent recommendations for places to eat. Definitely recommend it would stay again!!

Nice seven springs condo, super close to the resort, a ski in/ski out property.

Beautiful surroundings and view of the river. Happy to visit again and again. Cleaning fee was rather high for only two adult guests. The house can accommodate many more guests and maybe why the cleaning fee is set high.

We stay here a couple times a year. It is perfect. Clean, has everything you need. Love the location. Adam is so helpful and responsive to anything we need. Our dogs do great here. Love to take hikes. Very very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay in Harrisonburg! The house was very clean and spacious and the pool was amazing. We will definitely be returning!

This place was perfect for our family get away. It was quiet and peaceful but also very close to a number of things to do. We sipped coffee on the front porch, watching the mist burn off the valley every morning, and then soaked in the hot tub every night. We highly recommend the hike to Cucumber Falls, it was beautiful!

Liz was a fantastic host! She made everything easy for us, the listing was exactly what we expected (if not better). Perfect couple getaway for the weekend!

Had a great stay at Shaun's place - enjoyed the amenities and the stars that were out that night. Had a big lightning storm that night, so if that sort of thing wakes you up, bring a sleep mask because there are a couple of skylights. The hot tub and pool were great and the outdoor seating and speakers were pretty nice, too. When we left to go hiking after checkout, Shaun immediately contacted me every way he could to tell me I left my motorcycle leathers behind, which would have been a disaster for me, and at 20+ pounds and super-bulky, would have been an expensive shipping nightmare. In all, great experience.

Perfect for a weekend getaway with family and pets !

Miguel's place was perfect for our needs. It was near friends that we were visiting and near coffee, restaurants, a farmers market and was very walkable. We were a 15 minute walk from the Metro so we were able to travel downtown for museums, etc. Miguel made sure to communicate with us about his dogs and it was exactly as presented. You could hear them moving about upstairs during the day but not an issue for us. Everything was quiet during the time that they committed to. We had a great nights sleep both nights. The bed was firm. I loved that part. My wife prefers the bed softer but we both slept well so not a problem in the end. Everything was clean with snacks provided. We will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

LOVED this house and property! The fenced in area was large enough for my two 60 lb dogs to play plus it was fun to play horseshoes. The trail on the property is cute and a great walk. The decks are beautiful, the firetop tables were perfect, and the house itself was a great size. Beautiful views, awesome communication with Brenda, and so much to do.

Great place to stay. The townhouse is centrally located. Walking trains nearby. Easy access to major highways and small local shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay! We were in the area for an appt at UVA health and finished early. Mariah let us check in early with no issues! We loved our stay there and would definitely stay again next time we need to come up.

Great place to stay! Good location, more spacious than expected, comfortable beds and nice pillows. The fire-pit was very private and cozy. Host was communicative and helpful.

Robin's place was exactly as described. The house was clean, it was in a great location, and was in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again when we are back in town. Robin was easy to communicate with and the check in was very easy. Thank you Robin!

Even though you’re walking distance to everything, you definitely still have your privacy. It is a great place that has been well decorated and upgraded and is very comfortable. Will stay again.
