We had a peaceful and restful stay at Johnna’s place. The home is located in an isolated area among the trees. There is not much to do in the area and it rained our entire stay. However we were content to stay inside and relax. There are games and books available. The tv and wifi service are spotty but that’s to be expected being so far out. The home is comfortable and cozy. And we had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would highly recommend Johnna’s home.

This was our second stay at Delmar's home and we plan to stay again next year. That should sum up our satisfaction with our experience. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the private planes taking off and landing. It's an easy walk to the Gyppo Ale Mill, the light house and the extensive tide pools below. The home is well appointed, comfortable and sparkling clean.

This location on Sea View Road in Shelter Cove overlooks the ocean. The windows throughout the house give you ocean views everywhere and the feeling of a wide 180 degree view of the ocean in the living room area. The place is perfectly equipped with kitchen, bathroom, bedding and laundry. It's so relaxing, it really transformed my mood. I also enjoyed the local restaurants, it's overall a very friendly, peaceful place.

My experience definitely exceeded expectations! Excellent kitchen with all of the cooking amenities I needed (including an outdoor propane grill)! Marcedes was very responsive to all of my questions before and after check-in, she was very friendly and set up the grill for us before we arrived. The home itself is beautiful and cozy (there were even some toys and books for my toddler!). My only flag is that there is no wifi. This was fine for us because the cell service is good in the area, but may be a challenge for those planning to use wifi. I would definitely stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Lance’s place. The view is spectacular and the house is clean and comfortable. We’d welcome the opportunity to return!

This house is amazing! It accommodated my large family and made us feel right at home after a long day on the road. The kids loved the large yard, sports court, work out area, and walking down to the river. The house is spotless and the kitchen well stocked.

Beautifully crafted tree house! So unique and cozy. The outdoor shower was nice and hot and we appreciated extra things like getting to use the hot tub. Lovely hosts! We had a wonderful stay.

Heather was very helpful in helping us plan our trip. Her space was fantastic and had everything we needed. We will definitely be visiting the area again and staying at Heather’s place in the future!

This was a great place to stay for a quick overnight during my & my twin daughters’ epic road trip. We were able to get some laundry done & relax before hitting the road again the next morning. Ian was friendly & communicative before & during our stay.

Everything Is Nice

Perfect oceanfront stay with everything you need! The view is absolutely stunning—huge sliding glass doors and a spacious deck give you a front-row seat to the ocean at all times. Inside, the house is spotless and fully stocked in the kitchen. We loved relaxing in the large living room by the fireplace, and there was no shortage of things to do. My son and I loved playing ping pong and the fast Wi-Fi made everything easy. Being able to bring our dogs was a big plus. Peaceful, comfortable, and packed with amenities in such a beautiful oceanfront home — highly recommend!

Nice and comfortable cabin in the woods. The house is very comfortable to be in with all the amenities that you would expect.

Kevin is a great host and his place is beautiful, just like on the photos. The house is super clean and spacious, we loved the riverside and the peaceful, quiet surroundings.

Stayed here for the long Thanksgiving Weekend. Excellent location right at the trailhead to the Black Sand Beach. The place has two decks, one gets the morning sun, the other the afternoon sun + the sunset. Good interior design, lots of space. Internet connection is very slow and definitely needs improvement

Anil & Jarka were wonderful hosts, very welcoming and helpful with recommendations for activities to do nearby. Their home was beautiful, very modern, beautifully decorated, spacious and I felt very at home staying here. The area is beautiful, surrounded by Redwood trees and a beautiful nearby river with river beach. I highly recommend this place.
