I'd highly recommend this for an off the quarter stay since it's easily walkable & has great food & hangout spots right near by the place. No Dice & Emporium were great frequent spots we hit up. The place was clean and felt private even on a busy street which you really only heard when in the living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and to the back of the place. The outside spot was great for hanging out late at night. Benjamin was super responsive & helpful with instructions and recommendations. Great first time experience in New Orleans all around!

When my friends and I do group trips, we first prioritize the location/walkability and next the comfort. This apartment had it all! It was 10 minutes walking to get to Jackson Square. Everybody got excellent sleep, and all 7 people were able to gather in the open concept living to play cards and watch some football. The hosts were extremely responsible and helpful. I would be thrilled to stay here again!

Best place to stay in BSL. I say this with some authority. I have traveled to BSL two to three times a year for the past 20 years to visit my in-laws, and have stayed at a lot places there, none as great as Kerry’s. Clean, comfortable, well-furnished and close to restaurants and night life, but not too close. I will definitely be back.

T’s place has been one of my favorite air bnb stays! She quickly responded to messages, and questions were answered in a matter of minutes. Every single room was pristine and clean, and the beds in all three bedrooms were very comfortable. Would love to stay here again next time we are in town!

We really enjoyed our stay. The area was perfect for catching the streetcar or walking. The only issue we had was the television streaming was inconsistent and very slow and unreliable. I would recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay there again.

Say hello to the Martha Steward home of Bay St. Louis! This is one of the most personalized and charming Airbnb's we've ever stayed in because of their attention to details. The interior design of the space inside and outside is straight out of magazine with class and taste. They definitely did not cheap out on their bathroom essentials with their nice quality bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and all. Plus, they have all the seasonings you need. It's the small details like these that set them apart from the rest. We really enjoyed our cozy stay and hope to return.

Amazing Host! Host was very helpful and responded to anything I needed in record time. House was clean and ready for us to settle down. Close to the Tulane campus which is why we were in town. Will definitely stay here again!
