Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. This place was perfect for my little sister’s bachelorette party! The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay! Would definitely book again! Thanks for having us, we had a wonderful time!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

We stayed just for one night, but it was amazing stay! Everything was spotless, the beds are comfortable, it’s easy to find in a nice area, only 30 minutes from the city, literally RIGHT off the interstate, and the hosts were very responsive. Definitely will be saved for future visits to Nashville!!

A perfect home for family gatherings. A fantastic great room for lounging. Very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Lot's of space. Large dining room table. Open layout. We traveled to Nashville for a family birthday party and needed a place to stay where we could have our dog, as we were bringing him with us. This house was PERFECT! Close to great shopping and restaurants, big back yard and very comfortable clean home, bathroom and bedrooms.

Great stay in a great location! Our family stayed for a weekend trip to Nashville and it was the perfect spot. A quick walk to Dragon Park and Hillsboro Village made it just right for our 4 and 6 year old. The 2 queen beds in the same room was also ideal for our non bunk bed children. We had a change of plans on our check out day, and it was nice that we had flexibility to check out late. Thanks again for the hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful. It was a great location as well. Everything was well put together. It was definitely nice to have access to a garage with all the rain we experienced. The attention to detail in the place was very nice. Things like extension cords for extra plugs and fans in case you needed extra air circulation were a very nice detail. It’s a very beautiful place and we would love to visit and stay here again.

The location is great. You can walk to Franklin if you need to. It was a great landing spot for us as we weren’t planning on spending a ton of time at the home. The kitchen was ready for you to make a meal. There were more than enough towels and wash cloths which was so nice to have with staying four nights with four people! There are places to plug things in on the night stands that were a nice touch! It had everything we needed!

Erin is maybe the best host we have ever stayed with. Not only was the place just as described, the proactively offers ideas and things to do. She also was super flexible with our group changes and willing to dissuade any concerns we had about weather related travel challenges. I highly suggest staying here.

I was thrilled to have Denise share her home with me. It was exactly as presented. Clean and comfortable. My 5 day stay was wonderful and there were no issues at all with anything. I have family in Murfreesboro and the location to them was perfect. I will look to stay with her in the future.

The house is super cute and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe, walked to coffee shop and bagels, easily Ubered everywhere, 8-15 minutes from pretty much everything. 3-4 minute ride to 12 south for shopping! The place was very clean and decorated super cute. Perfect for 4! The beds on the third floor are so comfortable, great linens and pillows. The toilet downstairs doesn’t work great, but there are two other full bathrooms in the unit. It’s a great place for a visit to Nashville, would definitely stay again! Hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond!

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

All-around great experience. Beautiful house. Very well maintained. Comfy nice clean sheets and towels. Great soap/shampoo in showers. Awesome layout. Great accessories like Sonos speaker and soundbar. Really nice, thoughtful welcome basket. Would seriously recommend this stay to everyone!

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

I loooooved this airbnb! 10/10! Lots of space in the house, the covered porch with hot tub and the large backyard. My family of 4 and our dog had a great stay and our kids were either playing golden tee or in the hot tub. The location was great for us.

The place was perfect. I was the second guest to stay so everything is brand new. The deck overlooking the lake is perfectly positioned for a good sunrise. The first floor recreational room comes with a dart board, ping pong table, smart TV and hot tub. The roll up garage door lifts for a view of the lake. There are 3 smart TVs. It is a close drive to national parks. The floor plan was well thought out for the views. You will climb a staircase to reach a great view in the trees. Modern clean design.

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.
