Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Shaver Lake

it was a really nice stay, the rooms were super cozy. living room was huge!! great for friends going to trips together, the hottub was so nice as well! around 1.5hr drive to trails in yosemite, really convenient!

Stayed for 2 days with some friends, we had a peaceful and relaxing time. The house was beautiful and clean, would definitely book this place again!

Omg! What a beautiful home! I almost wanted to write a bad review to scare away people from reserving it LOL. Would HATE TO SEE others ruined this place for us! We will DEFINITELY stay here again in the future. The place is so nice. The host was wonderful with their welcoming sign and goodies. They had everything we needed. The only minor thing would be the mattress. It was not as comfortable. Maybe invested in some comforters. Other than that we loved everything about it! Cannot wait to be back!!! Next time we’ll make sure to book it for more days!

Great stay for a snowboarding trip to China Peak!

This was an incredible place to stay. The living room fireplace was a dream come true for me, and the outdoor fire pit and jacuzzi were simply fantastic. The peaceful, quiet nights with sparkling stars are something I will never forget. Everything about this place—the location, amenities, cleanliness, and even the games—was perfect. Despite it being winter, the heating was so powerful that it felt almost too warm. The kitchen was fully stocked, not just with cooking equipment but also with essentials like oil, flour, salt, pepper, and various spices—nothing was missing. Before coming here, we spent three nights in a suite at the Fairmont in San Francisco. But honestly, this place was incomparable—it was far better. I already miss it! Carolyn’s responses were also so warm and thoughtful. We’ve traveled a lot, but this was truly the best experience we’ve ever had.

It was such a pleasure to stay here!! My kids and family really enjoyed the property!! There were so much things to do and so much space for everyone! We loved the place and will be looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!!!

I can’t rave about this place enough! The house is very comfortable, well stocked with amenities, and Jim is very kind and helpful. The wilds animals roaming about is an added bonus! I highly recommend staying here if you can!!

One of the best Air Bnb’s I’ve stayed in! Clean, beautiful home and had so much to offer. Won’t ever forget this beautiful place :) Very close to the entrance of the park as well! About an hour to an hour and a half to Yosemite village in the park

I booked, then checked in and due to my work schedule, I had to quickly move on to another area. But before I knew this the host was very responsive and helpful and was even willing to help accommodate a few things to better help with my schedule but unfortunately, I had to go to another area to be closer to my project site. But most importantly, she understood the situation and offered me a full refund without any issues or questions asked! Most hosts would have hassled me and only offer me a partial refund but because I only had a chance to sit down at the table before having to relocate and was communicative, it never even became a thing! I wish things would have worked out better work wise, but this place is definitely a place to consider if you're not limited to a crazy work schedule! Having an amazing host that is willing to go over and beyond just so you have a better experience is a must! Thank you for the top-notch hospitality when you very easily could have not been!

Good overall unit! A few (mostly minor) hiccups that can hopefully be easily addressed in the future that I will tell her about. Beautiful real indoor rock outcrop. Loved it as I’m a geologist!

Excellent hosts. Responsive and Helpful. Location is Peaceful and Beautiful. Apartment clean and comfortable (felt like home). Delicious homemade cookies were an added bonus

We had a very relaxing in time here! After working long hours in Big Creek we always looked forward to arriving to a quiet comfortable living space. Kitchen was very well prepared with cooking utensils and was huge plus for those that prefer cooking than going out and dining. Definitely look forward to booking again.

Cabin is cozy, warm and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable. We had a great stay!

Beautiful place Peaceful and cozy alot of fun activities to do and really close to the Yosemite south entrance so you can always pop in and check out beautiful views and then come back n relax with a bonfire at the airbnb

Very thoughtful cabin and hosts, loved our stay. Clean, roomy, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great location. Neighbors were a little closer then imagined but it was very quiet and still private. Creek running through was peaceful to listen to while drinking your morning coffee before heading into the park. Groceries were about 20 mins away and the cabin had everything we needed to prepare our food. Highly recommend.

Me and my friends had a lovely stay at the Hafkey Cabin Escape 1. The surroundings were beautiful, the air was crisp, and great memories were shared. Mark was a gracious host who offered a lot of recommendations and was very communicative. We had a great time and would strongly recommend this stay to others.

You won’t find a better Airbnb hostess. Her communications were clear and responses to my questions were quick. Cindy provided all of the basics to make our stay comfortable. The cabin was in excellent condition and the beds were comfortable. Quiet “neighborhood “ was very peaceful. We had a lovely, relaxing get away.

NOTHING can BEAT the VIEW! It’s a perfect home for a bigger family. SPACIOUS, SERENE, PRIVATE, CLEAN AND THE VIEW. The hosts are great and very generous with their house. They’ gave their 100% to make us feel right at home. THE GAME ROOM is just perfect for kids and us adults as well. We definitely recommend the house for all the families without a second thought. Thanks Debbie for a wonderful memory.
