Great place and neighborhood

Nice place to stay with kids. Great pool at the water town, smaller but nice community pool and many parks. The host is the best. Very responsive and nice and always handled water town etc reservations really fast

We were a group of 6 people and it was great. Good location right on the palm, traffic can get quite a lot but you need to know when to leave the house. AC worked fine, the pool is shared but was always free and very nice with rather warm water. Lots of towels for the pool aswell. We had three cars and in the garage 2 fit but there was plenty of space outside too. Overall everything was very good.

As a frequent traveler to Dubai for business reasons I wanted to try a larger house this time and found this villa in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The photos online impressed me and my friends - our expectations were completely met when we were checked in by Lyn. The house is massive, spread over 3 floors with 2 living areas, large bedrooms (all en-suite), an additional kitchenette on top floor and lots of terraces to use in the morning or evening. Cool and practical design, all brand new furniture It was just the perfect place to work and to chill. The surrounding is very peaceful and green. Drive to Dubai Mall is 20 mins, a bit shorter to Marina, some cool breakfast places close by, delivery fast and easy. Cheene was a great host to communicate. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this villa for anyone.

Stan’s villa was phenomenal. We stayed for a week over new year with some family (4 kids in total) and had a magical time. The bedrooms are all en suite, the living areas are wonderful for everyone to ‘hang out’ in, and we loved the bbq, pool and garden (the small kids also really enjoyed the play room!). It was a very special and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic - it felt like the whole of Dubai was accessible within 20-30 minutes, and neighbourhood itself was delightfully quiet. We highly recommend this place!

The townhouse was exactly as described. Everything was tidy and clean. The Dweller team was always available and responsive. I would recommend Dweller and the Villa in Arabian Ranches III

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

Anushthan villa is a great place for any and every celebration. We recently celebrated our friends 40th at the villa and it was nothing less than perfect. The venue, the help, the space, the amenities within the villa and the list goes on. We had a live tandoor and catering done and the place accommodated it all. Huge party hall where we had a game master that made us play games through the evening. Shireesh as a host was very accommodating very approachable and helpful. He was responsive and so easy to talk to. He almost entertained every request that we had and we are grateful for this experience. I have to mention the house caretaker Jamal who made the stay so pleasant. He was ALWAYS available ALWAYS ready to help and his polite demeanour was highly appreciated by one and all. We are glad we chose this villa for our friends special day!

For the second year in a row, we had the pleasure of staying here, and once again, it was an incredible experience. Rony is truly a super host, his attention to detail, warm hospitality, and commitment to ensuring a seamless stay made all the difference. The place is the perfect fit for a family stay, offering comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommended!

I loved staying here! The common areas were perfect for working and lounging and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Dubai. I also met so many amazing people

If you're a family coming to play, and you want to experience the life of ordinary people in Dubai, and you have a rental car, then this is a good choice for you.The entrance of the house is a children's playground and swimming pool.There is a gas station, Carrefour supermarket, Pizza Hut and a Filipino restaurant in the neighborhood.Apart from the 30-minute drive to the city center, there are almost no downsides.If you like, you can even have a BBQ party directly at home.I highly recommend this place for business trips or family trips.The environment is quiet, clean and life is convenient.

If you're thinking about living in the Arabian Ranches or Sustaintable city area, this Serena community is a great alternative. I lived her for 2+ months. and it's a very quiet area, you need to get used to driving, though, which is very common in Dubai. I had some small issues which were fixed quickly and overall, the villa is in a very good condition with quality AC and mid range equipment and furniture. The host was welcoming and available even while I was checking in at midnight, very rare but super positive. Thank you.

The host was responsive, kind, and flexible. The place was spacious, comfortable, and located in a friendly neighborhood. I would recommend renting a car to easily access nearby supermarkets and explore Dubai with ease.

Beautiful and cozy villa, close to Dubai Hills Mall and the owner of the villa is very, very cooperative.. I will return the visit again
