We were on the 13th floor with a nice view of burj khalifa and the fountains in the distance. The apartment is the same as the description , the two bedrooms are large with good bedding. The equipment in the kitchen is perfect. We were able to take possession of the apartment before the time as we arrived early in the morning and we thank the manager for it. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in a beautiful environment and close to burj khalifa.

Totally recommend this place and would not hesitate to book again when back in Dubai! The apartment is super well decorated and maintained. Felt so cosy and genuinely like at home! Very responsive team. The area is truly ideal to go everywhere in Dubai fast. It’s walking distance to many supermarkets and cafes as well as the mall. Very nice community., safe. The building facilities are incredible. Absolutely loved my stay, thank you!

It was really close to Burj Khalifa and the place was also clean for the price and the software very very kindly. I really liked it. Obviously I will book another time if I go to Dubai.

very good location. Walking distance to the Burj. Park and playground in front of the building. coffee place and small supermarkt at grond level. Bright appartment and comforable.

Very good and spacious Appartment with great view. We were staying with a 9-month kid for 2 weeks, so here’s a list of things we liked and not. Liked: - big area (~100 sqm I assume) with HUGE balcony and great view - a lot of sofas (4 or 5) and nice dining area - good kitchen with all appliances needed - new washing machine with dryer (must if you’re traveling with a kid) - close to Al Attihad park (where we spent most of of our time) and Spinneys supermarket - nice big pool and private beach walking (BUT! - price is 105 dirham per person per day, not included into price of the Appartment) - good speed Wi-Fi and TV with YouTube Areas for improvement: - squeaky bed mattress - the noise from the yachts outside sometimes was too loud Overall, it was a good experience, please discuss in advance the exact time when you arrive (because security on the ground floor doesn’t keep keys), so if your flight is delayed you might need to wait. Price is relatively high, but the view and location are definitely worth it
