Beautiful setting and wonderful accommodation for relaxing getaway . House was stocked with food and drink to start our stay. Bedrooms felt like 5 star hotel. We enjoyed the tennis courts, hot tub and nature trail walk.

A lovely quaint cottage in the countryside with a nice mix of older charm and modern touches. The host and his father were helpful and polite even as we struggled to get the driveway gate open. Hint: park well back from the gate when you arrive; if you're too close to the sensor, it won't open. The hot tub is a rare and welcome amenity for the area - clean, well-maintained, exceedingly relaxing in the evenings. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend reunion with friends from around the world. It was the perfect location for lots of chats and had great facilities to cook for all 6 of us. The hot tub was lovely as we listened to the rain hit the tin roof.

Lovely cottage, beautiful scenery, private jaccuzzi was the highlight of our stay. Liz was very helpful and was quick to help when we needed something. Left us treats for our arrival and a lovely note which was a very nice touch and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Patsy’s cottage was exactly what I was looking for at the end of a long Irish Holiday. It was a quiet and idyllic retreat but still very close to town for convenience. My daughter loved collecting fresh eggs every morning for breakfast and feeding the chickens. We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge on the grounds. The amenities are especially nice on a blustery, wet day! They are fired by wood stoves which requires a bit of pre-planning and forethought but Gerry, the owner, is very willing to help by starting the fires in advance of their use. The cottage itself has been restored beautifully and thoughtfully to save space yet not skimp on any of the necessities. The drying rack that lowered over the stove by a pulley was brilliant! We loved keeping the cottage toasty with a fire crackling in the wood stove all weekend! Thank you to Gerry for a wonderful stay. It was the perfectly peaceful setting we needed to experience the beauty of the Connemara landscape!

Our stay at this charming, modern cottage was nothing short of perfect! The cottage was comfortable and spacious, providing plenty of room for our kids to play and explore. They loved it so much that they didn't want to leave! Marie even left a lot of sweets for the kids, which made their stay extra special. The location is ideal for exploring the beauty of County Clare, with easy access to all the must-see attractions. Despite not meeting Marie in person, her friendliness and helpfulness shone through in every interaction, ensuring we had everything we needed. This is truly a 5-star accommodation – a perfect blend of comfort, space, and charm. Highly recommended for families looking for an unforgettable getaway!

We loved our short stay here. The cottage itself is beautifully restored maintaining its original charm. Our 3 dogs also loved their stay. Hughes pub is a 2 minute walk from the cottage and serves outstanding pints of the black stuff.

Our family loved the cottage. The views and sunsets were just beautiful. It is 2 minutes from Cliffs if Moher and about 8 minutfrom Doolin. It was a nice touch to have breakfast foods for the first morning. The hot tub was an added bonus. We had a great dinner at Russell Seafood and listened to music at McDermotts.

Wonderfully peaceful spot in a delightfully traditional yet modernised cottage. It felt like such a retreat from the world for a few days - we were lucky enough for lovely weather but it would also be cosy when rainy. Great location just out of Clifden town and accessible to all the main spots around Connemara. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house was spacious, comfortable and set in a lovely location. The garden was a real highlight for the kids to play in. Keith was friendly and made us feel welcome from the start - we would definitely visit again.

This was our second time as this cottage and it was as good as the first time. Barbara is very friendly and helpful. She dealt with any queries very promptly. We will be back again I'm sure and would recommend this cottage for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

This was the most idyllic cottage we could have imagined for our New Years stay. David recommended the best local pub for us to enjoy a traditional Irish new years and it made our trip so great. He was so friendly and welcoming and let us pet the horses. He had lots of history and insight to offer and this place is perfect for any country Irish holiday dreams!

We had the most incredible week! The house is just beautiful and full of everything you need. It was very comfortable and warm. The location is amazing with so much wildlife to enjoy. Really can not recommend it enough would love to return in the near future!

Our stay in William’s cottage was truly relaxing and we loved the old world charm of the space. The views and the location were amazing and we were lucky enough to get a tour of some of the less known archaeological sites of the area with William who is a really helpful and friendly host. Will certainly be back again…

We had a wonderful stay at Pat and Mary Angela's. Irish music, scones and a fire in the fireplace on arrival, everything was perfect! The cottage is in a great location for visiting County Galway. Beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay! It was peaceful, easy to find, and just a short drive into Killarney center. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!

Impeccable house: very well located. Close to Clifden and all amenities. The home is cozy. We immediately felt very good there. Wonderful scenery. Very peaceful and refreshing. Close to Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park, Wild Atlantic Way. We recommend it without hesitation! And could be happy to come back.

This was our second annual week-long stay in Coolacloy. My only concern is whether I'll be able to reserve it for next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Mary's and Declans we had a nice quiet comfortable relaxing time it was just what we wanted a home from home would definitely stay again and hope to do so soon

Niall and Inez were wonderful hosts. The farm was beautiful and very peaceful. We stayed for 10 days and got to enjoy all the beautiful aspects of the farm; walking trails, petting the horses and enjoying the peacefulness. The cottage was perfect! Very comfortable and felt like home. We enjoyed making a fire in the evenings and cooking breakfast in the mornings. We even made blackberry jam with blackberries from the farm and Inez’s recipe. The cottage we stayed in slept four; we had one couple and one single person and it was plenty of room. We felt very safe while staying on the farm. We utilized the laundry and that was very convenient. We rented a car to get around and enjoyed many local restaurants, coffee shops and castles. Niall was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. When we arrived he gave us a quick tour of the farm grounds and cottage pointing out where things were. The farm is a must stay if looking for a peaceful place to stay.

The accommodations were clean, cozy, and well- equipped with everything we needed for a perfect family break. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the area. Patricia was very responsive to our messages and nothing was an issue. We highly recommend this lovely cottage for anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway.

We loved this air bnb. The cottage was lovely - super cute and had everything you needed. There was an apple tart, bread and some beers in the fridge on arrival which was an added bonus. Very easy check in. Would definitely recommend, we wish we could have stayed longer.
