We really enjoyed the place for a family weekend! Quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from downtown. Very functional and with recent materials, the accommodation was very clean . Toilet, bedding, kitchen, and cleaning supplies are much appreciated . Fierce responsiveness from Hosts! 100% recommendation for total satisfaction!

Hi, My stay went very well. It's just a small downside. It's about the places to be able to park. They were very small, but I would still recommend it.

We enjoyed a very comfortable three nights stay in the apartment. We used it as a base for visiting Puy du Fou. The apartment is very clean and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer. Although we didn’t need to use it, it was nice to see that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer available The shower was particularly good with lots of hot water and really good pressure The apartment is up several flights of stairs with no lift which was not an issue for us, but I think this information could’ve been clear in the property instructions There is a local shop just a two minute walk away which provided all the groceries we required and there were several restaurants locally that we could’ve used Thank you for a very enjoyable stay

We came for a day at Puy-du-Fou the studio is very well located in a quiet area. Jacqueline and her husband are very welcoming. We have nothing to say about the listing. Everything was very good with lots of care. We recommend this studio for a visit to the area.

We had a lovely stay in Cholet, Genevieve’s house was in great location for both Les Halles ( fresh food market) , the centre of town and aslo my sister’s home who we were visiting for Christmas. The house is spacious and bright and airy, plenty of room for us to have everyone over for dinner etc. Large garage with utilities was great for washing n drying clothes which was perfect for us as here for a few weeks! Only feedback for us would be the option to pay the cleaning fee if possible if staying over a few weeks, but Genevieve did let us check out late to get cleaning done as well as packing up for long travel by car home. Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting Cholet! Thanks Genevieve, Alison

We had a great stay of 3 days of family reunion with 14 adults and 7 children in this superb very warm and unusual accommodation. A quiet and friendly environment while being close to Bressuire with all amenities and activities. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need. The bonus are the two dishwashers suitable for large groups It's also the children's home: a play paradise for all ages in vast spaces where they take care of at all times. Finally, Sophie and Jean-Marc are real great hosts , very attentive to your expectations. Responsive, you have all the answers to your questions to prepare for your stay. Excellent for going with the family, it is very easy to get to and there are no problems to park, very quiet area. Nothing was missing in the house, everything was ready and ready for use. Didier is a great host, at all times he was waiting for our arrival and stay. I recommend it 100%

We found the place very easily. Celine was waiting for us on arrival at the agreed time. She is a very welcoming and pleasant host, she recommended us a great restaurant near her place.
