Very cute accommodation and just as pleasant, as described, I was afraid of environmental noises due to the fact that it is near the train station, and bus station, but absolutely not disturbed by traffic despite having a light sleep, everything went well, just be more curious than I was and don't do like me who took the freezer for the fridge ^^. when to the host, Anthony remains available, accommodating and responsive to exchanges, I recommend!

Nice, clean and functional apartment, in a few minutes on foot you are in the heart of Rennes. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. Self check-in was easy and very convenient. Responsive and thoughtful hosts. There is also a large parking lot very convenient to the house, although, being in the center, it is quite expensive. Recommended to experience the city in a comfortable and beautiful place with easy access to other nearby areas.

The house was the same as the description and really very pretty and comfortable to stay in. Close to all amenities which was perfect we were able to do everything on foot.

We had a pleasant stay at Périgord Noir thanks to the good location of Francis' cottage. The cottage is very well decorated and above all super well-equipped. The garden is a real plus for a family with children like us and Francis is very friendly and accommodating on the arrival time. We recommend Francis and his place for a peaceful stay!

Pretty early 20th century house tastefully decorated. Ideally located 2 steps from the Arago market and the sea on a quiet street. We recommend this house, however be careful there are stairs. We would like to warmly thank Axelle who is absolutely charming and always available. We will be back!
