Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is large with a garden located in the village of Cavi, 100 meters from the very beautiful and quiet beach. Excellent restaurants with typical Ligurian cuisine, fish and pizza are 50 meters from the house. We had a wonderful week in this magnificent apartment with direct views of the sea from the parlor and from the bedroom. A small balcony on the house side is available, however, as the view of the sea is limited there, we preferred to go down the short stairs and spend time there on the wonderful pebble beach. The apartment is very nice and conveniently furnished, we felt immediately comfortable. We arrived by train at Nervi train station and in 15 minutes on a fantastic walk along the sea, you can reach the apartment. A small shop is a 5-minute walk away, all the larger shops are a 15-minute walk away or you can also take the bus. We made excursions by train (Cinque Terre, Genoa), all very easily accessible. Nervi itself is very nice with the large park and not as touristy as other places on the coast, as no tourist ship lands.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Apartment in a great location, 3-minute walk to the beach and bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a room with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), kitchen area with everything you need, large and functional bathroom (only a few more hangers were missing), outdoor area overlooking Porto Venere. Garage below. Porto Venere is within walking distance. Friendly, straightforward, precise and helpful owners. A great location for a vacation.

Federica’s place, Casa Levante is in a perfect location between the train and the beach. I went without a car and didn’t have any issues getting to everywhere I needed to. There are plenty of restaurants and bars (cafe) within easy walking distance. Being right on one of the pedestrian streets I had concerns about noise. My concerns were completely unwarranted. During the day and especially during certain hours when people are out some sounds can be heard. However, when quiet hours begin it gets very quiet. The place itself is exactly like the photos. It’s even more inviting in person. I appreciate the sparse touches of personal touches and the subtle use of framed images with useful information spread throughout. I would definitely stay at Casa Levante again.

On the beach at Cinque Terre "La Lampara"

This home base was an excellent location to explore all of the Cinque Terre. Montorosso was by far our favorite village out of all 5. It is nice that this home is an easy walk from the train station. Also great to have Il Gigante just steps from the door and a sweet little beach right there. There are a number of delicious resaurants to choose from. Be sure to enjoy the beach boardwalk area and also head inland to more amazing restaurants and shops. Totally different vibe and neighborhood. Miky was a lovely fine-dining experience and a great value for the experience. (Make a reservation a day or two in advance.) We hiked the entire Cinque Terre - a bucket-list experience for us. It was very easy to hop on the train and go from village to village. Our host was very responsive anytime we reached out to him. The home was comfortable and clean. We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep though.
