Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sestri Levante

The comfort of the facilities and the cleanliness is impeccable. The house is close to everything but maintains the tranquility of the neighborhood. The generosity of the hosts makes the difference, from super hearty breakfasts, bicycles available and a refrigerator with drinks and fruit for consumption during the day, among other things. Massimiliano is a very warm and friendly person, always attentive to any questions or needs of his guests. I hope to be able to return to Viareggio and stay there again.

This is a wonderful choice for one person or for a couple. Fantastic location, views, and a very caring host. Daniele proactively shares restaurant recommendations and makes bookings. Breakfast gets delivered to the room from the nearby cafe, which is a very nice touch. And this is a central location in Cinque Terre, which makes it easy to explore the region by hiking or by train. Very intuitive and easy use of technology for check-in and entry and exit. The host is very responsive if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again. As Daniele honestly advertises, the room is not large but it is cozy for a couple. Our recommendation is to travel light and limit the amount of luggage you bring to Cinque Terre.

Great place to stay at the top of a hill in a picturesque place. The house with property was ideal for us, a little dark inside. Plenty of space and great was also the washing machine and wood pellet stove for fresh evenings. From here an hour to the Cinque Terre and a half hour to the outlet. For small issues, we immediately got help.

Due to an error in the date (on our part), the booking could not actually continue, but Francesco immediately thought in solutions and offered a good alternative. His family is most warm and welcomed us wonderfully; what a warmth and love! The mountain village is cute and offers an oasis of peace. Breakfast is not included as standard, which the listing suggested, but we were allowed to spontaneously join the parents at the table at dinner! A bnb that we can highly recommend. Francesco is a fantastic host even when he is not on the spot and his family knows what hospitality is.

Nice reception, showed us everything right away. Beautiful area where you are very quickly in the nearest places such as La Spezia or Lerici.

This time we were in Sori to work with beautiful views. The place was also ideal for a workation. With good internet and the most beautiful view, we had everything to be super productive.

Accessible only by car but which allows you to have a magnificent panorama of La Spezia in an idyllic setting in the middle of nature while being 10 minutes from the city. Thanks again to Agnese for her hospitality and all the (little) touches! We recommend this place 100%!! We'll be back!!

For the second time, we spent our vacation in Scirocco: here we feel comfortable and at home. The apartment is beautifully and carefully decorated, the view of the sea beautiful, the pebble beach just around the corner the perfect place to play and relax for the three of us. Nicoletta is a wonderful hostess whom we were very happy to have won. The highlight for our 5-year-old daughter are the visits from Nicoletta's cat :-) We are already looking forward to returning to Boccadasse soon.

Great location and very communicative host, he provided a lot of brouchers and tips for exploring Genoa. Lots of space and very cozy, would definitely stay with him again.

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and was always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The apartment has all the comforts, is located a stone's throw from the sea, the station and the center, equipped with various food shops, restaurants and bars. Free parking in front of the house even if everything is within walking distance. Thanks for hosting Lorella, we had a pleasant vacation!

Ruth was SOOOO helpful in every way! The apartment was perfect; clean and gorgeous!!! What an amazing view and experience in Vernazza! The location is easily accessible and close to everything, including the train station! We arrived in the pouring rain with 2 medium suitcases weighing 50 pounds each, and had no issues climbing up the few steps to get to the apartment. Definitely recommend!!!

This is our second time staying at this apartment, it is as good as we expected. The apartment is located in a great location, 5 minute walk to the train station, walkable to all restaurants and shops It is very spacious, very cleaned, with comfortable bed, it is very quiet in the evening. Communication with Marco & Dori as well as Alessandro are very easy, they are super friendly and very accommodating hosts. We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

I would recommned this property. Maria was amazing with us. As soon as we arrived, she kindly picked us up at La Spezia station. She took the time to explain the various public transportation we could use during our stay. We were very well hosted in her home. The photos are true to reality. Private bathroom, which is very rare to find in Italy! The room was all cute, with access to the pool and great breakfast! We thank Maria for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this place.

Had a really great stay. The photos of the place and the description were accurate, but it was much nicer on site. The house and amenities are stylish and the hosts incredibly friendly. There are few but very tasty restaurants within walking distance and 20 minutes away are very nice hiking trails. The location is very far outside, but really recommended.

We were lucky to stay at Luciano’s beautiful b&b while enjoying Camogli. Luciano is a great host, very friendly, helpful and serving both an excellent breakfast in the garden and useful local recommendations. Will absolutely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here in Pitelli! Eleonora was a wonderful host and was super helpful in sharing things to do in the area, and was also very responsive throughout our stay, even helping us get a taxi late one evening after some changes to our plans. The room and town are lovely and worth a visit; the surrounding areas of Lerici, San Terenzo, and Tellaro are nearby, beautiful, and worth exploring. Visiting other towns is possible without a car (although a car would make it much easier) - there are free buses (although outside of the summer months, they don't run in the evening), and walking is possible. However, if you do walk, it is very hilly, and you should expect a workout and some walking along the road. Thanks!
