Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Seoul

A really big apartment in one of the coolest neighbourhoods! Easy to reach with public transport and close to hundreds of restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive and friendly!

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had a bed lots of bathrooms the walk to the train station was only 10-15 mins and peaceful! Quiet neighborhood and just a great set up!!! Soluna was a great host. Even set up taxis for us from the airport and back. Great place!! Book it!

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

The place fit us perfectly as family. Its as per description and Gun-Ow was there waiting for us and guide us for checkins to his place. The place is in quiet neighbourhood but very near to many local eateries which is walkable from Gun-Ows place. Its a shame that we only stayed one night here as the place is very comfortable for our family.

Lovely easy to get to place

Surprisingly quiet top-floor minimalist loft-style apartment in a residential section of Seoul, but with easy access to the rest of the city, with the Mangwon subway stop (line 6) a few minutes away. Hongdae is an easy and safe 15 minute stroll away. An excellent choice if you prefer a more relaxed part of Seoul that still affords easy access to the city's big attractions. Self-check-in was a bit puzzling due to well-scratched digital keypad, but Luke's brother (who runs the barber shop downstairs) came to the rescue.

The photos and description matched, it was located close to public transportation, and there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it was a great place to stay. The interior was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean, so it was a place I'd like to revisit.

Tyra was there when we arrived and was so helpful after a long day traveling. She got us right in and made many food recommendations, very friendly! The apartment seems small but you get inside and it’s spacious with separate areas for every amenity. Nice size tub as well for a bath and calm low lighting everywhere.

Jake’s Place was a great stay. Very peaceful and quiet location, so could come back to relax after a busy day out. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean.

The subway station is right in front, and there's a lot of food nearby, so it's good The accommodation is clean and there is a terrace, so it's pleasant.

Practical place in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants very close and reasonably close to Hongdae where there is even more.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The hosts were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make us feel welcome—we truly felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Hongik Station. The Hongdae area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do. A fun detail: the apartment is located right above the popular barbershop The Days Hair—we all got our hair cut there and highly recommend it! Even though the apartment is in a lively student neighborhood, it was quiet at night and we all slept very well. We'd absolutely love to stay here again!

very good airbnb, good location, clean, nice terrace

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

Namin and Jake are great hosts, kind and welcoming. Communication is easy, everything is very well organized and the instructions are very clear. The stay guide is very helpful. The accommodation is impeccable, with all the essentials and small touches (water, soap, snacks, coffee...). And the rooftop is a real plus! The accommodation is a little off the tourist areas but easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro. The neighborhood is quiet and there are small streets nearby with great restaurants. We will keep fond memories of our stay. Thank you so much!

Excellent Host. She was very accommodating. Very thoughful host, bed is heated. Kitchen is good with small induction stove, mini fridge and microwave. Loved the rooftop. Easy transportation access to 2 lines for easy traveling. Great internet connection. Highly recommend.

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to relax. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for a first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

Our family had an excellent week long stay. If you want to get away from the super touristy area and really experience the Seoul local scene, this place is perfect, near all things within few minutes. Host is super responsive and the place is very clean and pretty good sized considering it's Seoul. Would definitely be back!

The airbnb was clean and easily accessible with mr Cho’s instructions.

It was a small but nice atmosphere with a party room. It was also very comfortable to work because of the front window and the light from the spacious terrace. The smell of baking bread from downstairs made me feel like I was in a cafe. I was satisfied with the location close to several hot places in Yeonnam-dong, air conditioner with hot and cold air, various types of phone chargers, wine glasses and openers, etc., and there were few inconveniences except that the rather narrow sofa and sink water pressure were not good, so it was not easy to wash the dishes.

Had a great time staying here. Being so close to seoul station was really convenient when touring seoul. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Would love to stay here again!
