Very good service and value for the price! The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Quarantine here is allowed (I booked last minute at the airport and received a response within the hour!) and I definitely would recommend for anyone needing a place to quarantine or just stay. The room I stayed in was a loft style and had lots of space as well.

The accommodation was spacious and clean, and there were several items such as a microwave, TV, computer, coffee pot, etc., so there was no discomfort to live. The property was very welcoming, and it was nice to have windows as well. The price wasn't cheap, but it was worth it.

It was our first time staying in a hanok in Seoul and we both loved it! We had visited during a particularly cold week, but Kyungmi gave us an extra blanket and cranked up the heated floors, making it a cozy experience. Kyungmi is a responsive and thorough host, and we would recommend this stay to folks wanting an authentic Korean experience on a dime!

I would definitely book this place again if ever i came back to SK . Though room is not that big (hardly opened our suitcases both ) place is near to MTR and walking distance to Myeongdong night market . A big plus to a breakfast they provide , though not that grandiose noodles, bread , jams , ( coffee is a must every morning ) it really saves a lot for a free breakfast for us tourist . I love the kitchen for its complete kitchen stuff’s . After 4 days of stay and as we will be checking out (to head to Busan) i cooked our breakfast meal early to bring to train . Found also many “kababayans” who also stayed there , we just had short chat during our breakfast . Heads up to the host , who always answers back for your queries . Good job 👍

Best value for the money

Families play while swimming with their children. It was unbelievably good ~ ^ ^ The breakfast and the adults ate well. It was a satisfactory accommodation for everyone.

Great stay at Lotte. First class service and wonderful, spacious, clean room. Convenient and central location - great for exploring the city.

It's been a long time since I've been on vacation. I chose the accommodation so well that I had a comfortable stay:) It's my parents, a 7-month-old baby, and our couple's first trip to the 5th arrondissement, and I'm very satisfied. The owner and his family were managing it themselves, so I was able to know the host's tendency in a state of cleanliness ^ ^ haha It was my first trip with the baby, so I was very nervous, but would you say that I was very relieved to see the cleanliness of the accommodation? The garden is surrounded by mountains, valleys, and fields, so there can be a lot of bugs. As long as I didn't open the door in the accommodation, I couldn't see any bugs, and it was very neat!! If you don't like bugs or If you like the city center, there may be a difference in your taste. It's quiet, and if you want to rest comfortably with your family, I highly recommend it ~ Ah! Above all, I had a really good rest because the female owner guided me through the things that might be uncomfortable in advance and took great care of me! It's a place I want to visit every season, I loved the view of the toenmaru:)

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable rest for 1 night and 2 days after meeting with my friends after 30 years. The owner is kind, the cleanliness, simple morning service, and even the friendly and handsome British staff.. There was nothing bad about restaurants and location nearby ~ I want to use it again next time when I get a chance ~ ~

The great ratings and comments left at Bukchon Bikwan are well deserved!! I would have given it 6 stars if I could. This is, by far, our best experience at AirBnB and Boutique hotel. The place is extraordinarily beautiful. The hanok is sublime, the garden and the view of absolute charm. The service is extraordinary. Soon-Ok, the guest service manager is an angel. When we arrived, our plane was delayed and we were able to reschedule our dinner without any problem. When we left we left very early, sandwiches were deposited in our room so that we could have breakfast. Soon-Ok came to help us with the suitcases, she remembered that our son loved Korean vermicelli and brought him a bowl. That was lovely!!! I highly recommend the Bukchon Bikwan.

We had the best time at Rakkojae. The place was absolutely beautiful and pristine with heated floors, brand new bathroon, and amazing views of the city. But what really stood out was the flawless service. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so helpful and kind and accommodating. We had a lot of luggage and they helped us transport it all to the main street. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat! Thank you Rakkojae, team!

This was a stand out among the places I've stayed. The location is incredible, the physical space is tranquil and well appointed, and the hospitality was welcoming. Our suite was simple and elegant. It felt both authentic and luxurious. The breakfast was amazing and served with graciousness and care. We would absolutely return!

After work, the neighborhood was dark and quiet, but when I went into the house, the well-organized interior and warmth were as comfortable as coming home. The bed was comfortable and the blanket was cozy, so I slept well. I chose it as a place for the year-end party, and everyone was satisfied.
