We loved our stay with Doni. First step of our few months' break in Bali. We felt at home very quickly. The bungalow is very nice, bright, clean, lots of charm. Well-equipped outdoor area. Sejoli is a peaceful oasis, the small houses all prettier than each other. The staff is lovely, very helpful. The location in an alley away from the noise of the street. Les Umalas is a neighborhood we knew, quiet, not in the heart of Seminyak or Canggu but accessible by taxi. On the street a few good restaurants.

This place is a great option to stay close to the beach in Canggu. We had to book last minute because other plans fell through and Edward was very responsive and accommodating! It is very clean and the ac works well in the rooms. Very relaxing and private. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

Our first trip to Bali and our first hotel stay - we could not have been more impressed with the hospitality and comfort we experienced at Umakayu! We stayed for five nights over the new year period. Putu & his team were amazing, informative and always willing to help. Nicole gave us some great recommendations for new year’s and advice for our travels around Bali after we checked out. The villa was cosy, authentic and felt very private. There was some construction around the area but this is the case throughout all of Bali and it didn’t bother us. The hotel is walking distance to Batu Bolong beach which we did several times as the traffic was quite heavy given the time of year. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the Canggu area. Thank you guys so much!!

Great place to stay with lots of left overs from previous tenants like spices in the kitchen. Daily cleaning is included in price although not really necessary but very appreciated. Comfy beds, great pool what else do you wanna hear. Just stay here 😉

Fantastic place to stay down a quiet alley in Canggu right off the main strip, walking distance from heaps of activities. Leslie was great at communicating and sorting out hiring of extras, Bintang was a friendly and helpful host throughout the stay. Pool was a highlight! Will be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying here. Only concern was that the rain came trough the roof so the room became wet. But they cleaned it up fast so that was ok too. They rent scooters as well for a fair price i think, and did our laundry for cheap. We tried the breakfast which was also good, they used clean water for the ice too so it was safe. Overall it was great in our opinions.

A great accommodation, room was comfortable and clean with a great pool area. Staff were friendly and welcoming and communication with the host was quick and easy. Would recommend staying here and would definitely come back again!

Beautiful traditional houses and incredible landscape and gardens. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, it felt like being invited into a family. We only had a short time here traveling between other locations, but I would’ve chosen this as a long term spot if I had more time in the area! About 12 mins walk to the beach, or to the Perenanan strip if you want to be in the more busy commercial area. Hot shower, great lighting, strong AC, and quiet and private setting with only a few other guest houses so you can get to know your neighbors. The rice paddy field in front of the pool is quaint and overall it’s a tranquil area to relax.

Everything about this place was perfect. Beautiful grounds, the rooms have unique detail everywhere you look. The outdoor shower was amazing. Tucked away in a private peaceful setting, but still close to the main sections of Canggu. The host Benoit was very kind and helpful as well as all the staff. Felt like home away from home. It would be hard to find a better place to stay. Would absolutely visit again!

It was a great place, while you are in a busy neighbourhood, the accommodation is in a quiet place, so you don't hear anything on the road. it's a nice room, big bathroom, and you get a warm welcome from the staff. Would stay here again if i'd come to Canggu.

I had a lovely stay at this charming accommodation. Although I didn’t get to meet the host in person, their team was helpful and responsive. The location is great—just a short walk to Samadi Yoga and some excellent restaurants. The only downside is that sound carries easily, so if other guests are chatting outside late at night, it can be a bit noisy. However, they thoughtfully provide earplugs, which helped. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay!

This was a great two night stopover for us. Good location with walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Kids loved the pool area. The bungalow was private and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always at the reception if we needed anything. Had a massage organised by the villa, which was great. My 6 year old daughter wanted to try it too for the first time, so the lady was happy to do just a 15min session for her too. She said it was the best thing. She also fell asleep during the massage:)

Special shoutout to Herick, who went above and beyond, always available to help with local recommendations, logistics, and anything we needed. We were honestly so sad to leave this beautiful place. It’s more than worth the money: peaceful, well-maintained, and full of good energy. Can’t recommend it enough!

This airbnb is great! The location is right where you want to be in canggu while also in a quiet and secluded lot. The room had everything I needed for a basic, casual stay. I felt like I had my own privacy and space while still being able to access all of canggu. The pool is great too and I was able to easily rent a scooter. They also helped me arrange a taxi back to the Airbnb after letting me checkout late. Much appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a relaxing time at Villa Markisa. It was a private space, the outdoor bathroom was a nice touch, the plunge pool was lovely to cool off. If you are a coffee lover and a want a healthy breakfast, Kinoa is a stone's throw away.

Elena was such a lovely and responsive host. Her place is very well located in pererenan and the moment you step into the property you feel an incredible sense of peace and calm. The rooms were very clean and full of the vibrant colour as pictured. The rest of the property with the upstairs seating area, fully decked out kitchen and garden area were lovely to roam around and use as well. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at Adi’s for 5 days. Adi and his family were so helpful and friendly. They helped us with a nanny, the driver and tickets for the Uluwatu fire dance. The bungalow is decorated really nice, and very clean. The outside area is also beautiful. I loved staying at a local family’s business. Couldn’t recommend more.

Great Villa in very quiet 4 Villa complex. Its located away from the chaos of the rest of Bali but renting a scooter will get you anywhere you want to go. Canggu Beach is 10 minutes away by Scooter. But the serenity of this villa complex is wonderful. Room was spacious, nice clean bathroom, comes with a kitchen and utensils required. Bed is really comfortable. AC works well. The pool, although small is lukewarm and refreshing. Wifi worked great apart from one outage. Host is friendly, quick to respond and the cleaning ladies are great. Downsides, there's lots of lizards and they tend to drop there tiny parcels. And because it was monsoon season there are plenty of mosquitos - but they do provide a mosquito net (use it). All in all a wonderfully serene place and pretty good value for money (stayed for 1 month over Xmas and NY). Highly recommended for those wanting stay out of the action and want some peace at the end of the day and during the evening. I'd definitely stay again.

I stayed for a week in the JungleRoom and it was a little paradise. It looks and feels amazing. Just outside the business of Canggu. The hosts and people who work there are super nice and helpful. I would have loved to stay longer if it was available. Definitely will come back!!

Really nice place in Pererenan, close to shops and restaurants and just a quick drive to surrounding Canggu and Seseh. Great place for the price and Dreza and his team are great, super friendly throughout, helpful and a credit to the properties. Stayed for 3 nights was really cute and super friendly neighbour dogs that come to say hello which for me is always a plus haha.
