Vacation rentals with a patio in Selwyn District

What an incredible location with amazing views. A lovely home that is very well-kept. Wonderful resort and a very restful and quiet place. Thank you very much for an excellent couple of days.

The place was wonderful- cute little spot close by Mt Hutt and Methven. Quiet area with beautiful mountain and field views. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need including a microwave which wasn’t shown in photos. Super easy to check in and had clear instructions from the host. Would come back for future winter holidays!

We were met by Julie on our arrival who was very accommodating. The room is within the main house in the country which was very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and tidy and we appreciated the open outlook and view. Everything thing we needed was available.

Thank you Eva, loved all your little touches in the studio. Especially things like eco products. Really appreciated being able to bring my dog. He loved it! And the wee visit from your two.

We had such a great stay in Christchurch. The house is beautiful, airy and spotless. Perfect location to explore Christchurch. Steph was a great host.

Nice place with a great view of the mountains. The weather was not good lots of rain so I appreciate even more the place. I originally booked for one but the room was very small nothing more than a bed and small table .that one was much moe spacious and we could have been four without problem. Close to the small town groceries, cafe etc

Lovely apartment with everything you would need and more . Parking space was an added bonus for us and we loved having the space during our stay . Olivia was great at responding if ever we had any questions or queries . Would recommend

Pete’s place is a real gem, very peaceful and easy to get on and off the motorway. The kitchen is well equiped and everything was spotless. We couldn’t have wanted for more. Highly recommend staying here if you can.

Throughly enjoyed our time at Kirwee, just far enough out of Chch to enjoy some peace and quiet, but close enough to go in for the day’s activities. Close to the river, and great local pub which was recommended. Pets allowed is a great bonus for us with a Labrador, he was able to roam the back yard with the security of a fenced in yard. Large house with beautiful furnishings, would recommend any of our friends and family to stay here.

We had an exceptional stay at Kate’s place. The location is great, and the property is immaculate and well appointed. Kate was a great host, super responsive and went the extra mile to put some children’s books and furniture out for us - our son loved them. Highly recommend for couples or families. It’s a lovely quiet street with plenty of parking, and close to a great hub with shops and food.

A well-appointed, modern townhouse in a good location. Our kids loved playing table tennis. Bevan was a great host.

It was a privilege to be able to stay at Sue and Martin’s home (professional airbnb’ers) for our 3 week Holiday to New Zealand. We made full use of the well maintained house and its amenities and had no issues whatsoever. The house was perfect for family’s with young children (toys, books and children’s crockery) It had everything you needed and more. The personal touch having Christmas decorations up on our arrival made for a perfect summer Christmas. Their house is right next to several playgrounds and a skatepark. The bus stop into Christchurch is around the corner and the hills and beach are short drives away. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean with shops and restaurants close by. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Staying in Halswell made for a relaxing and stress free holiday.

I would highly recommend Aleisha’s place. It’s was so welcoming, clean and spacious. A great family home filled with lots of little touches suited for children that was so helpful and appreciated. Felt like we were just at home. Great location and easy to find and Aleisha was very helpful. This place is worth all of its good reviews.
