This was my first time in Iceland and I spent four nights on this flat. It was in an amazing location (can walk to everything!), easy to find, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful! I plan on coming back to Iceland very soon & hope to stay here again!! Thank you for an amazing experience :)

We had a great stay at Hlynur’s place. It was close to the airport and the Blue Lagoon. My family and I would definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying at this apartment. We enjoyed our first stay so much, that we booked again about 10 days later! We felt at home in the apartment and it was very inviting. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

This is a small, cute apartment just down the hill from Hallgrimskirkja (Reykjavik’s iconic church) and just up the hill from Laugavegur (Reykjavik’s iconic main downtown street). In other words, the location is -excellent-. The apartment is in a very cute and colorful little house across the street from a coffee shop, bakery, and convenience store. A larger grocery store (Bonus) is just down the hill on Laugavegur. The apartment is compact but certainly adequate for one or two people, and as others have noted the bathroom is tiny. The living room is comfortable and the beds are great. Johanna was a very kind and responsive host. I look forward to returning.

Thora’s place was absolutely lovely and they made sure we everything we needed for our stay. Location couldn’t be any better - lovely little place in Reykjavik would highly recommend!! Thankyou so much!

We loved staying at Haukur's place - it was walkable to a ton of restaurants and attractions in downtown Reykjavík, but still quiet in the evenings. Check-in was very easy. Parking was also pretty easy. We used the Parka app and parked one block away from Haukur's apartment (parking in front of the apt is zone 1, but if you park one block up it's zone 2 and half the price). Overall, great location and experience. We would definitely stay here again!

We appreciated the great location, beautiful room and hospitality from the front desk staff. It was really helpful to be able to drop off our luggage early in the morning upon arrival to maximize our time in Iceland with an all day tour!

Andri is an excellent host. Very helpful, clear and responsive. Check-in was great and the lockbox was helpful as my flight was late at night. The flat is very nice. Clean, tidy, well appointed. The bedroom is slightly disappointing. The bed is very comfortable but the room is small and there is no bed side table. A tiny issue but I want to be honest. The location is a touch distant from town. I only walked in on one occasion but it is a good 30 minutes to walk into town, at least. It is also right next to a dual carriageway. It's not very very noisy but it's not quiet either. That said, I would absolutely stay here again if I came to Iceland. I was mostly interested in driving around the island rather than being in town. Additionally, I would absolutely recommend Andri as a host. He was great.

Perfect place by the sea. Peaceful clean and inviting. Private parking in the back was great. Excellent host.

Great place to stay in the heart of Reykjavik! The apartment is very cozy and very clean, nothing was missing, we felt very comfortable. The location is great, we could walk to anything in town. Anytime again we would rent this great apartment, thanks for that!

A fabulous experience from start to finish. 'Asta' has been brilliant and superbly helpful before, during and after our stay. The apartment is fantastic - modern, airy, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and a superb location to explore all parts of Reykjavik. The basement parking space is an added bonus and removed the trouble of finding a parking space. We honestly cannot fault the accommodation and had the best time in Iceland. This is one the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! It’s beautifully decorated, modern and clean with a fully equipped kitchen and supplies. We stayed for almost 4 weeks and never ran out of things to do. Bus travel to downtown is easy and the mall is walking distance. Yndisauki restaurant is literally 2 doors down and very good. We had planned to rent a car but didn’t need to. The host was very helpful and responsive. 5-stars!!

Stopped in for one night right at the start of our trip. Great location, grocery store and restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. Apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed. Parking was available right out front of building. Would defiantly stay again if in Reykjavik!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We loved the artsy vibe of the apartment and it was cozy and private. Liked browsing through the book shelves. A pretty central location if you don't mind a beautiful 5 to 10 minute walk. Make sure you go to the local pool that is recommended in the guidebook- as close to the Blue lagoon as you will get LOL. Our short (only 4 days) holiday in Iceland was one of the best we've had in a while. Thanks in large part to Edda's wonderful apartment where we stayed. There were four of us - just right for this cosy flat with three bedrooms, bright living room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location of the house is very convenient, especially for those travelling with a car. Everything is close by - the ocean, the centre and the port.... I will definitely recommend this flat to my friends if they want to visit Reykjavík. Dear Edda - thank you so much for our wonderful family trip!!!

Jolanta is very welcoming and the place is comfortable and well equipped.

This place is magical! Set on a beautiful coastline with a brilliant orange lighthouse in the distance. The home is warm and cozy with twinkle lights and tea candles inside. The whale bones on the wall as art are just amazing. Anna found them on the shore. Make sure you check out the whale vertebrae outside by the driveway too. The hot tub under the starry sky is magnificent. Anna was so kind and helped me find the Northern lights in the sky around the home. (I had no idea they appear gray or white to the naked eye). And she gave us a tour of the family church which was gorgeous inside. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend this home and coming to Iceland. It is another world.

Magnús has been a great host, polite, kind and really helpfull. The house is beautiful, full-equiped and nice located (could even see the northern lights here). We had an incident with the jacuzzi and he helped us super fast. Would recommend this acommodation 100%.

Stunning views and an equally stunning apartment. I feel truly blessed to have experienced such peace and beauty here, and I will 100% be coming back again soon.

Matti's house was perfect for our large group of 8. We had space and the kids loved the big bathroom. The location on the ocean was phenomenal. not many restaurants nearby but lots within a 15 minute drive.

Had a quick 2 night stay and this was a perfect location. Minutes from the airport, restaurants and grocery. House had thoughtful items that made the trip easier (lots of charging converters, gaming for the kids, etc). Great stay.

Nice place to stay in Reykjavik as the place close to restaurants and groceries
