Highly recommend, i would definitely stay here again

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! We really liked the place and location, everything was easy to find, the apartment is close to the restaurants, clubs and beach .

This is a beautiful place tucked away with sounds of the ocean and a beautiful view. It's just a little hard to get to, and you have to know that you will be going up and down steep stairs in order to get to the unit. With that said, Ulunia's team is very helpful and communicative and will help you take your luggage up and down if necessary. The sounds of the ocean made me sleep so deeply, and I loved waking up with the bright sunlight. It felt like my little paradise. The wifi was good, the AC was strong, and the place was clean and there was a filtered water dispenser inside the room. Lastly, you will need to call Gojek or Grab for a moto to get to the street, or walk about 15 minutes from the place. It's not a problem though, as long as it's not raining. I would book this place again, now I know what to expect!

It was a peaceful stay. Not much to do but if you want to relax it’s great.

Lovely and private villa and pool, good size for our 1 week stay. Thoughtfully equipped with drinking hot and cold water, some snacks, towels for indoor and outdoor use. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The standout for us was our host, who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, including a lovely personalised floral welcome, advise on local transport, arranging pick up from airport as well as check in and check out transport from the main road. Plus loads of little extras which we had not expected. A BIG thanks you Ratih, we were welcomed and looked after very well.

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

Beautiful view, unique location with a few warungs and bars around. Place was clean, tidy and as described. Would stay again. Mega was a very responsive host and Aris made the check in process so convenient, even offering to help with our luggage down the stairs. Overall fantastic view and loved our stay - just be prepared for the stairs!

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.

great, spacious house, incredibly accommodating and kind people, delicious food, beautiful view. less suitable for small children because of the stairs inside but especially because of the garden without separation and a concrete beach 10 meters lower! Pool nice but very big difference between deep and shallow. We enjoyed the delicious food of Comang and all the help, friendly Arik. beautiful surroundings with many attractions. recommended for anyone without small children!

Eni and her family were sweetest people we met in Bali. It felt like home, not only we had all the amenities provided, the place looks exactly how it is in picture. We needed any help, Eni and her family were there. The surroundings is beautiful, Eni has also informed us travelling back carefully at night which is very true if any guest is planning to visit as the stay is little outside the main area and there are street dogs which might scare people. It was just great knowing molong family. My husband spent good time speaking to Eni's husband understanding the culture and food. Would definitely visit again and spend more time in Ubud.

Had a great time at this place. If you are looking for a relaxing private time with family or friends, this is the place to be in. The villa is even more beautiful that the pics. private accessible beach right at the doorstep. We enjoyed activities like, boating, snorkeling, etc which was arranged by the staff there. Talking about the staff - Special mention to Derikson and the entire team there who took care of everything. You want anything, they are they for you! Cant thank them enough for all the amazing support and help thru out our stay - which made the experience even more better than we expected!
