I must say the place is even more amazing in real life than the pictures. The apartment is really cozy and spacious and u can really see the host has paid great attention into the furnishings and decorations. The facilities especially the pool is fabulous. The location is close to the city centre and public transport. There are plenty of eateries and nice cafes / restaurants all within walking distance. I can't wait to repeat my stay here! This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in! Viz was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to help after flight delays. The apartment was so beautiful. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and aesthetic of the apartment, which gets beautiful natural light and is a perfect apartment to stay in solo— I want to live here! And the building facilities are amazing, swimming laps in the 50m infinity pool of the building was incredible. Perfectly beautiful, clean apartment, and the best value airbnb that I’ve ever found.

The Airbnb was fantastic! All of my guests were asking for this listing by the end of the stay, we really enjoyed our time here. Sure Grand Ion Delemen isn’t in the heart of Genting, so it’s not the most convenient to places like Skyavenue, but that did not bother us at all. The unit was clean, well equipped, comfortable and the view was gorgeous. We were able to cook breakfast and supper, and everyone in my entourage were singing my praises for finding this place haha Also really thank you to the host and KY and Lee! They were super super communicative, and the instructions for check in as well as finding the unit were very easy to follow. Anything we needed, they were a short message away, truly wonderful hospitality. I’ll definitely be back (if you’ll have me), and my guests are also planning their own trips now. Thank you!

Best place to gather and bonding with family or friends.

Sesuai untuk short stay and mini reunion. The santika area is very clean and tidy. The toilet is very clean and comfortable!! Beautiful swimming pool and clean water sngt.

The Airbnb was just as the pictures. clean and comfortable. checking in was such a breeze and we felt truly taken care of by the host. we had a BBQ.. in general the place was well stocked but be sure to bring items you need like coal, minyak, salt, sugar etc. the place has most of the utensils. it was a calming place that made us feel like kampung. there 5 rooms hosted us 5 families. easy to get to and the host was kind enough to share all the details we needed like where to eat and where to get items. we came from visiting mardi Tanjong karang and when we checked out we went to kopi sawah padi.. all nearby.

The house is clean with fantastic Kampung vibes and ambiance. We organized a family gathering for 10 people and found the house to be very accommodating and comfortable for everyone. It's perfect for family reunions or group getaways, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The house caretaker lives nearby, so if you encounter any issues, just let him know, and he'll be there within 5-10 minutes. The layout of the house is a bit like a maze, with all the rooms connected and each having its own separate entry from the outside. This unique design adds to its charm and makes it ideal for families or groups who want both shared spaces and privacy.

Fabulous stay, would highly recommend. Host, Zsa Zsa was responsive and organized with check in instructions and attentive to details. Apartment as per picture. It is like home away from home staying in this gorgeous apartment, cozy, quite with superb view from balcony. 6 of us in all but we feel very spacious accommodation. Beds were comfortable, as good as Hotel! Good security with card access to entrance and lift, you feel safe. There is a convenient store and cafe at the basement of condominium. A short walk to Sunway Lagoon and Pyramid shopping via sheltered walkway. We had a memorable stay!

To start off, KingMon is a great host, very responsive, and accommodating. The place was well furnished, had everything we needed to stay long term. The Gate was extremely easy to come and go. Guards were friendly. The store that was in the building was always stocked, and had lots of GREAT choices of products, and snacks! There were a few things that we wish were better. The beds are very firm. The master was a spring bed, which wasn’t very comfortable, but was tolerable. The other queen bed was a lot softer, but had a sag, which through the night wasn’t great. We wish there was a shower curtain or glass separating the showers in the bathroom, and every shower got water all over the floors outside of the shower. The location was soo good, and being connected to the MRT made it extremely easy to get around, go shopping/ get groceries. However with its great location convenience, there was a lot of loud vehicle traffic that would wake you up at all hours. Thank you again Kingmon!

I had a wonderful place! The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Fantastic host, always quick to respond to any questions and ensuring I had everything I needed.

Nice place to stay at excellent location

Bryan, Dr. Thein, and Mandy were excellent hosts - very responsive and accommodative. In particular, we loved their dining area and kitchen, there's also a very handy water dispenser, we didn't need to boil water for hot beverages. Best of all is the unit's accessibility due to it being next to a major LRT/MRT/Monorail hub (Titiwangsa), as well as a bus depot. This subway-train line connects you to most places in KL, including KLCC and TRX. The bedroom also has a great view of KLCC!

Responsive Host

it's a good place to stay quiet but a bit remote there are not much shop houses access although there is a rundown row of shops nearby that had a mini Mart of sort. but overall great place
