Amazing place to stay, not too close but also not too far from the main city area. Can see the twin towers from the building. Obviously the theme of the room is white so there are some stains from usage that cannot be removed, it didn’t bother me though. The rooms are super sound proof, cannot even hear the TV outside when all doors are closed. Came with water purifier which also boils the water. Saved us lots of hassles not needing to buy water. Only down side is that there wasn’t enough bowls to use for 4 people, not enough chairs if we’re to sit at the island but who is here to cook a meal anyway. The bathroom does get a bit wet if not mopped after each use because there was no separation to block off the water from the shower. Also no ventilation fans in it so taking a longer time on the toilet gets a bit hot. One thing to mention is that watching from the window or balcony, you can see a grave yard in the distance if that bothers anyone. Can see fireworks during CYN!

to check in to airbnb it's easy to understand, the room is comfortable and beautiful there are many amenities

Very satisfied . The location is very close to the pavilion, near everywhere. The room is clean, doesn't smell, the atmosphere is very homey. the owner is friendly , responsive, you can leave the suitcase. Check-in hours can be faster than specified. I'll stay here again if you go to kuala lumpur. Highly recommended.

the host very responsive and easy to deal with. The home it self is so spacious and great, got many beds provided which great for family and friends. The house environment also nice, eventhough this area arw guarded area but the guard is so friendly and the safety also secured.

It was a great place to stay.Host was sooo awesome,understanding,immediate answering our replies,send people,technician,gas man to come down & see if theres any problem & really went beyond our expectations.Even check out,host let us store all our luggages in the small room next to dining table & we were able to collect our luggages at 3pm after going shopping if not we would have to bring our luggages if we check out at 12pm.All of us enjoy our stay & regretted to book for a short stay as all of us wanted to stay in this house for longer days.Can give 5 star or more.Superb comfortable accomodation even though was not able see tv,netflix,we occupied ourselves playing games & by going out booking grab to shopping mall & sunway lagoon.Will definitely book & come here again next year.Thank you host & owner for a wonderful stay in this house.Well done!!🙏👍💖🥰

We enjoyed our 3days 2nights stay at Intan Payong. A very private villa with large compound. Place was clean and well appointed. All facilities were in place. Weather was also cool and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Intan & Yee were also there to receive us and show us around the villa.

Great property. Would definitely look forward to be back again if I have a chance with my family. Local food nearby is interesting too. Location is facing the beach so get ready for the sound of waves in the morning, which is amazing as well. The property is also nicely cleaned with all you need for a family of 7-8 to dine in if you want to… we should have brought our own food but again, there’s enough eateries nearby… :)

Highly recommended! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Evelyn's property. We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities of the new condo. Getting in at check-in was seamless and easy - especially appreciated as this isn't always the case with KL condo listings. 10/10 will stay again!

We very much enjoyed our 45-day stay at Ming's awesome condo that we HIGHLY recommend. Great communication and when minor issues arose, they were taken care of immediately. When we first arrived we noticed the pots and pans were in bad shape and the water filter which make cold and very hot water was not working properly. Ming immediately got us new pots and pans and even a new water filter! Beautiful view of KL and a short walk to the Metro (easy 15 min to central KL). Very close grocery stores and excellent local restaurants. Great knives; Filtered Hot/Cold Water System plus washer AND dryer! Very clean with excellent vacuum! Extra Towels/bedding Work space with new adjustable desk chair! Very Clean and with great views of KL! Outstanding security, pool and gym facilities. Thank you Ming for a great stay!

Best Stay in KL – Highly Recommended! This was hands down the best stay I’ve ever had in Kuala Lumpur! The apartment is located at Eko Cheras Residence, right above Eko Cheras Mall, making it super convenient for food and shopping. There’s also a 24-hour 7-Eleven in the lobby, which is a huge plus. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, making it feel cozy and inviting. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the effort they put into designing and maintaining this place to ensure a comfortable stay. A small area for improvement: • The floor was quite slippery, but the host provided indoor slippers to help with that. However, the doormat was also quite slippery, so I’d suggest replacing it with one that has a rubber backing for better grip. Overall, I had such an amazing and relaxing stay that I didn’t even feel the need to go out to the city—I just enjoyed the space itself! WILL COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!

The host is friendly and provided us with very clear check-in instruction, including video for us to understand better. the house is very clean and comfortable. everything is in very good condition. they even provided us some free biscuits for snacking, appreciate this a lot. the only downside is the noise from CSR factory opposite, hence. we have to close window all the time. overall, I am very satisfied and open to return to this home again.
