This is an incredible property in an excellent location. As a family of 4 on a week long vacation we loved having space to spread out. We were in town to see the sites of the area and the location of the house was about a 20-30 minute drive to most spots we wanted to see this trip, which was perfect for us as we were not looking to stay in a busy area. Overall excellent spot to stay and Steve was very quick with responses to any questions. Thanks Steve!

Had the most amazing week here with my family. the house was perfect!! Lots of space, so many extras, the kitchen has everything you needed or could want. The outdoor deck is where we spent most our time if we weren't exploring. The most beautiful sunrises in the morning, the pool, slide and hottub were great for relaxing. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. Michael was super responsive. The place is located minutes from Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor, and Old City Colorado Springs. The place is in an older part of town but this is why we chose it. It’s not a tract home which makes it ideal for exploring a new place. The kitchen was great and we were able to cook most meals. Loved staying here and would recommend for anyone looking for a getaway with a small family.

This home was a dream come true for our Friendsgiving! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect reunion. We loved the beautiful, wooded five-acre property with easy access to hikes, a zip line that the kids adored, and a volleyball net—yes, we played even with snow on the ground! The kitchen was ideal for cooking together around the huge island, and the living room was perfect for games and conversation. The oversized hot tub was a huge hit as well. Susanne was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, answering questions promptly and even accommodating our early arrival. We had an unforgettable time and are so grateful for the wonderful memories!

What can I say…. This was the best stay we have ever had. Holly was very friendly and always responded to any questions we had. The location was perfect. The surroundings were beautiful. We made such wonderful memories with family there. Highly recommend booking here you won’t be disappointed. 5 out of 5 star’s for sure.

We had a great stay! The property was as photos presented. We were able to relax and enjoy the heated pool in the evening and relax after a morning at Garden of the Gods. The host provided ample floaties and some toys for the littles. The basketball hoop, games and TV streaming options offered by the host enhanced our stay. We created happy memories here. The beds and linens are all comfortable. The space was clean and cozy. I love to stay in AirBnb properties because my Mama and Nana heart loves everyone together. This stay was memorable.

Beautiful home with an awesome deck, indoor pool, and game room. Room for our extended family. The house was very clean and had anything you could need (extra towels and blankets, pool toys, kitchen supplies). Tiffany was nice and responsive to any inquiries.

We visit COS often any this was the best rental we’ve rented! Spacious house with absolutely incredible views! Great kitchen and big table for games and dinning! Thank you for this memorable holiday weekend and we will be back!!

Perfect walkable area of Old Colorado City, very calm and peaceful part of town. Shelly was a great host with great recommendations. The apartment was perfect size and felt safe.

Savannah's home was a great fit for our stay and the price. She was flexible and understanding when we decided to stay another night but needed more time to move some things around to pay for the night She made sure we had everything we needed and responded back in a very timely manner.

From the moment we walked in we felt at home! The crib and toys were amazing and the oldest kid didn’t want to leave. Everything was great and just as described.

This was a great find for our family of 8 with two dogs. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a private room right off the front entry for an office space for family that was working remote while on vacation. Can’t wait to stay again here the next time in the Springs.

Drew was very prompt in responding and making sure we had a fantastic visit. The house was clean and cozy and was even bigger in person than the pictures conveyed. The views were great and the location was very conveniently centralized to many different activities. With all the amenities and available beds (along with toys and games for children), the house is very kid friendly and we would highly recommend!

Second time staying at MountainViews, simply because the first was so enjoyable. Robin continues to be a responsive host, and provides a comfortable home that feels like home! She even asked the neighborhood deer to pay us visit. We can’t say enough about this spot, other than once you try it you’ll be back for more!

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was clean and had plenty of space for our entire family. There was an abundance of games for everyone ranging from 1 year to 55 yo. The back deck and yard were huge and beautiful. The location was also perfect for us. There were several restaurants and grocery stores to choose from. It was an easy drive to Manitou Springs and Cañon City as well. The Mountain View was breathtaking. Laura was very good at responding and answering any questions I had. She was also very accommodating. We love visiting the Colorado Springs area. We hope to get to stay at Laura’s place the next time we are there.

Brian and Kristen are amazing! Kristen was responsive and attentive to our needs. The home was immaculate and they had a binder at the entrance with information that was helpful. I've been to many Airbnbs, Brians home by far has been one of the best. It was well equipped with necessities that a home would need to function. The home was perfect for our family vacation on Colorado Springs. We hope to return in the future and would book with Brian and Kristen again. Thank you!

Lori is a "superhost."  She was super responsive and very flexible in meeting our needs. The house has pretty much everything you will need to meet the requirements of a large group like ours. The home is very well decorated, and her attention to detail in stocking up on things we commonly use in the kitchen and bathrooms was greatly appreciated by everyone in our group. Lori drove down and introduced herself to us around check-in time, walked us through the house, and highlighted everything we would ever need during our stay—great personal service. The views from the house were amazing, especially the morning sunrise view. Needless to say, we had a great time and will gladly consider this home for any of our future needs.

Perfectly clean, kitchen was well stocked. Fireplace in the kitchen was a nice touch. I liked that there were basic groceries and lots of spices.

This was a beautiful home, very spacious, warm and cozy. My family and I felt very comfortable staying here. We would definitely recommend to anyone, 10/10. And the view is simply amazing 😍

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, easy to find, and on a quiet cul de sac. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the actual house as we had traveled to spend time with our college son. A couple of things we didn’t realize was that the only tv is in the downstairs living area (not an issue for me but my mom, stepdad, and husband all like to watch tv to go to sleep). I also didn’t realize all 3 bedrooms were upstairs so my stepdad had some difficulty getting up and down the stairs. That again was on me - I should have asked. We also are from Texas so we sleep with fans on 365 days a year but only the master bedroom has a ceiling fan. These are the three things I just wish I had realized before booking but I booked in a rush. The beds were fairly comfortable although on the firmer side. Really the house is exactly as it appears online. The host had a binder with recommendations of things to do nearby and great restaurants.

Wonderful home for our family trip! We had family visiting from all over to celebrate an 80th birthday. This was a great place for everyone to stay. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and eat.

We really enjoyed staying at Robert's property. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to what we were there for and will certainly try to book with Robert again in the future. I definitely recommend.

Conveniently located. Clean units and stocked with necessities like laundry soap and coffee. Great outdoor space to relax and enjoy evenings. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Colorado Springs and the I-25 highway. Host very responsive and gave clear instructions.
