This is our second stay & we love it!! Gina and Rick are so friendly and accommodating. Their place is so peaceful, quiet and relaxing, right next to the ocean! The bed is very comfortable and the whole suite is extremely clean! Gina has thought of everything one might need during your stay. There’s even dog dishes and a dog bed/blankets for our dog Benny.

Great place to stay

Very spacious place with a comfy couch. Top location in Horseshoe Bay. Has a homey 80ies feel to it. Sound proofing is not the best but everything else is well taken care of.

We were given a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-view suite by the host, which was a very pleasant surprise. (Thank you, Jeffrey!) We were extremely impressed with how clean everything was in the suite. Furniture and other items looked brand new. The suite was quiet and had a beautifully view of the harbour in sunset. We had a great stay, and won't hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

This place is a little piece of paradise. The views are amazing and can be enjoyed from inside or outside on the private deck. The short walk to the beach was a great way to see it every day to explore. Very quiet location, peaceful and cozy. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable, we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again!!!

This is our second time staying at the Fairwinds Landing and we loved our stay, quiet and perfect for us and our dog.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Even when the whole area experienced a power outage we could easily communicate with Travis to gelp us out with a couple of issues. Looking forward to being able to go back and stay there again.

11/10 would recommend! This was my first AirBNB experience and I was NOT disappointed. The hst was super communicative and their home was absolutely peaceful - something I look for when I'm away from home. The neighborhood is mostly quiet as described. One thing I was not expecting was the sound of electric vehicles (presumably kickboards/scooters) on the path outside at an early hour. That is certainly NOT the fault of the host, though! And it wasn't super loud, just something I observed in the early morning hours with the window open. I loved the proximity to the rainwater collection/reclamation water feature. The running water sound was so refreshing and peaceful. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I loved being walking distance from the grocery store. If I had needed to cook while there, it would have been super easy to get supplies and do so. When I return to Vancouver, I will most certainly stay with this host again because it was such a great experience.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy charm—perfect for our small Christmas gathering. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a festive and comfortable getaway!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We had the best time staying at Barb’s place. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The space is extremely private to the point that you almost feel you are on your own private island. The lake is crystal clear and the surroundings are picturesque! We all felt completely at home during our stay and will most definitely be back again!!

Perfect getaway for the group of us 5 woman for our annual trip. Lots of comfy seating in the living area and a very well equipped kitchen. The beds and linens were great! Kit is the onsite caretaker/host and she is lovely, even sharing some fresh bay leaves from the garden.

Such a beautiful place and space situated with a view of the ocean and forest! Very cozy and clean with two fireplaces inside, lots of blankets, games to play, a huge tub and a sauna. The place is walkable from the ferry but unfortunately up a huge hill on the way there but easy on the way down. We were lucky to successfully hitchhike up the hill a few times. haha. The hosts were super helpful and recommended many events happening on the weekend. We were also very grateful that they offered a ride to the ferry when we left! They have two cute kitties in the properties, which was a bonus for us. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our young family of 5. The view is STUNNING, I could sit out on that patio all day. Also loved the cold plunge and sauna. Great location between Vancouver and Whistler! Lots of toys for our kids to play with and made it feel like home. Loved the kitchen and the views from nearly every room. Felt like home and I’d definitely rent again. Only downside I’d say is that there is a guest suite attached that is also rented out so doesn’t feel exactly private (they were quiet but it made me feel bad when our kids were losing it at night that their crying would annoy other people.) Paulina was a great host and very responsive with lots of great recommendations. Thank you!!

Incredible view & wonderful tranquility. I felt right at home and enjoyed the stay.

We spent 4 days with our children and grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the rooftop patio. The beach is a 30 second walk and it was very convenient to walk down with the grandchildren. It is a lovely beach and so easy to walk back to the house if you need anything. The house is well equipped and has beach accessories, lots of beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas. Location is very convenient, one minute from ferry and 5 minute drive to Gibsons. There are great hikes close by and lovely breweries close by. Aaron was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We had a great family getaway.

We stayed at Nicole’s lovely apartment in the Ocean Side resort complex. It was a great 1 bedroom with everything we needed for a fun beach vacation. There is a pool and hot tub that we enjoyed each night. I would highly recommend this place for any couple looking for a Parksville vacation.

Wonderful stay! Joyce was a pleasure to talk to and very responsive if we had any questions. The location is beautiful (less than a minute away from the beach!) and the accommodation itself was bright, clean, and homey. The two patios are lovely, and the rooms were spacious with comfy beds. Not to mention the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you might need, and the bbq was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and we'll be coming back!

Stephen's place was exactly as pictured and described - better, in fact! His place was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The views were beautiful, and the property was family friendly and also peaceful. Our family made so many memories at the pool, on the beach, watching the bunnies play, and settling into the cozy unit. Stephen was great to deal with - organized, responsive, and friendly. We would highly recommend a stay at his place! We hope to visit again :)

Location is quiet and isolated! Deer nearby. Nice small beach nearby. Clean rooms and apartment.

We had three generations stay at Maria's place and we all had a fabulous time. The location right beside the pool was excellent for the kids and it was fabulous to sit in the sun on the patio in the morning. The beach was easy to get to and there is a lot to do in Parksville. We really loved the layout of the unit which had plenty of space and enough privacy for everyone. We would love to stay again next year!

Very nice, clean . Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Liked the open concept. Would stay again. It was well equipped with everything needed for bringing a child. Loved all the games provided! Nice touch as we had a 5 year old and a one year old!

We had a great short stay at Christina’s. She was helpful and clear on instructions. The place is even better than the pictures show and you can not beat the beautiful grass/water right outside the windows! The resort is great and very quiet at this time of year. The sauna is perfect, getting very hot. I was disappointed the amenities did not open til 9:30am however with check out being 11am it would be nice to have more time for a morning swim/sauna however this is not in the host control. A beautiful locations with nice details such a snacks and a full kitchen!
