Beautiful clean spacious comfortable - nice modernist furnishings and finishes. Everything we needed but no clutter. Lovely setting and view.

We had a wonderful stay with Gina and Rick, and definitely would stay there again. The location was great—the neighborhood was safe and walkable to multiple shoreline access points, and the property was centrally located near many other communities, parks, and trails. The suite was lovely, spacious, and spotless, with great views of Northwest Bay and Mistaken Island. It included all the necessities, including a dog bed and bowls for our pup. 🐶

Have stayed several times at fairwinds before- while it’s a bit out of the way for our purposes, the space was excellent and the price good. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location, quiet and peaceful resort. We loved the view from the suites. Our kids loved the pool and walking along the bay. Place is all set up for families. All in all a wonderful trip!

Large suite with great views

We were given a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-view suite by the host, which was a very pleasant surprise. (Thank you, Jeffrey!) We were extremely impressed with how clean everything was in the suite. Furniture and other items looked brand new. The suite was quiet and had a beautifully view of the harbour in sunset. We had a great stay, and won't hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

This is our second time staying at the Fairwinds Landing and we loved our stay, quiet and perfect for us and our dog.

Our stay at Fairwinds Landing was excellent and felt like a luxury for an overnight work trip. We really appreciated the stocked kitchen to cook our dinners, the complimentary snacks and the fire pit on the deck was fantastic. Would 100% stay here again!

The pictures don't really do justice to how beautiful this home is! It's spacious, modern, inviting, well-appointed, and convenient. Despite being right off of a major road (which is very convenient), the property is quiet and peaceful. The space available was entirely private - we never even had an inkling that we were sharing the property with anyone else. Check in was a breeze, and the entire experience was well supported by the owners. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again any time.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We had the best time staying at Barb’s place. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The space is extremely private to the point that you almost feel you are on your own private island. The lake is crystal clear and the surroundings are picturesque! We all felt completely at home during our stay and will most definitely be back again!!

We loved our stay at the Float house! The surroundings were so beautiful and quiet. The house is very spacious and true to the photos. The kitchen is well equipped making meal prep easy. We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the seals swim past. We would definitely book again!

The suite, location, views, hosts were all amazing! I spent three nights in peace and quiet with a gorgeous view. The hosts were always available and responded quickly to any questions I had. Very pup friendly with dog beds/blankets/towels and enclosed area just outside the suite. Loved the sauna just a few steps from the suite. I was looking for a place to decompress for a few days and this place was perfect!

Thank you so much for Jennifer and Alan! Our stay was very comfortable and delightful - every detail was carefully thoughtful that guests could feel as cozy as they do at home. Very clean bathroom and kitchen, soft and clean linens, we could found all necessary equipments in the kitchen. The lovely cottage is almost on the trail - so easy to get out the beautiful nature! Highly recommended for everyone! For sure we will come back here :)

It was a great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchen. There were other thoughtful touches throughout the property that made us feel very much at home. Sherri was very accommodating letting us into the property earlier than expected and was always quick to respond to a message. It’s a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person but we also left a little earlier that we expected.

This is an amazing property! The view is amazing. The cottage is so cozy. The kitchens are incredibly well stocked in both the suite and cottage. The beds are comfy. The hot tub/spa area is great. And while the walk between the two houses was a bit nerve racking in the rain/dark, the path is well lit and has tread along the way, keeping us safe. The doors are a little sticky to both houses, so at times we would get stuck outside, but eventually we were able to figure them out. But Chris and Jenn were great communicators and were able to assist when we needed it.
