i was able to focus and work during my stay the room comes with little noise it's some heat, naturally in matagalpa but has a fan and air conditioning for an extra cost the place is very clean, access is easy and there is always someone nearby in case of doubt highly recommended

Beautiful private modern mountain home located on top of a huge coffee farm. My family traveled all of Nicaragua with this home being our absolute favorite rental property in the country. The home is located up a remote mountain road from San Ramon where 4x4 is highly recommended. Make sure you pickup all you need for your stay before arriving at the home b/c once you arrive you’ll never want to leave this peaceful magical place. When you arrive at the home you’ll be greeted by the amazing staff that is so helpful and friendly and makes you feel right at home. The room accommodates are perfect for family/friends to have a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The main home has everything you need for cooking family meals, to playing games, or just finding a comfortable spot to read or nap. Our favorites were the amazing views, daily horseback rides, the soccer field games, bird watching, the sound system, and all the staff especially Mercedes! Our stay was an absolute dream adventure!

This place is beautiful and intense and wild - you are in the jungle - and you will see and hear jungle things. If that is what you like, then you need to come here. And the owners are very nice and polite people! I will be back.

It was a wonderful experience, Claudia house was beyond beautiful, the landscape and the surrounding were breathtaking. The house has a great open layout and the kitchen is super well equipped . This house was the ultimate tranquility place for those looking for peace and quiet. Some downsides were the beds were not very comfortable (too hard) and there was no TV anywhere in the house. We were hoping to do a movie night with our small children. Maycol the house keeper was very attentive and gave us a great introduction to the history of the property. Make sure you bring your snacks and food to cook as there is no supermarket near. Overall great stay. Thanks Claudia for opening your home to us

Finally a place where we could get a good, quiet night's sleep, away from barking dogs and roosters, high above the city. The hosts were very accommodating and happy to invite us to tour the little farm, join them in a conversation, recommend a great restaurant, ("Taska Mediterranea" excellent fish and fantastic ox tail dinners prepared by a professionally trained sus-chef. They even tailored the background music to our generation). The road on the last few hundred meters is a little rough, but passable, even in a smaller car. The cottage did not have AC or hot water, but the temperature was very comfortable without them. The simple furnishing is adequate. Overall, we recommend the place for the peace of mind, security and opportunity to relax and enjoy the countryside, while being in close proximity to all the amenities of the city below.

Highly recommend!! Great stay and amazing hosts

Rodolfo is a great host. Very responsive and easy to reach. The apartment was as described and it was inside of this nice food court. It is clean and comfortable. The site is very family friendly. There're a variety of food selection in the food court and all the attendants I interacted with were friendly and gracious with recommendations. I will definitely recommend staying there and I'd stay there again. Great value! Thank you, Rodolfo.

Very nice airbnb

Stephanie's apartment was amazing! I went there with my family and they all loved the location. It's a bit far from the center of the city ( about 2 miles away ) but if you're goin with a vehicle, then everything is close enough. The weather is amazing and the commodities are just great! Thanks Stephanie, I'd definitely go there again soon!
