Vacation rentals with a patio in SeaTac

Great spot for a great price , located within walking distance of climate pledge arena which was great. Also pretty close to the water , good views, and lots of bars / restaurants in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

My travel was for a family visit so the location was chosen to be close to their home. Julie’s place was warm and welcoming with all the amenities. What a surprise to find so many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Julie greeted me on one of my returns from an adventure for a warm greeting and checking that I had everything. I’ve already booked my next stay.

We loved staying in this apartment. It was located within walking distance to great food, entertainment and in a lovely neighborhood. The view of the city skyline was an experience all of its own. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to visit Seattle. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's place in Kirkland. The unit was clean, bright, and welcoming, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings! Ingrid was such a friendly and responsible host, she really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect (especially during the unfortunate power outage on my first night- she made sure I had a flashlight and a candle!) The location was absolutely fantastic! I loved being able to take a short, easy walk to Lake Washington. The peaceful surroundings and charming neighborhood have completely sold me on the idea of moving to the Kirkland area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and beautifully managed stay!

Casie was very accommodating. The place was spotless and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the parking space made it so easy to park even when coming back late at night. Casie was very clear in her communication with us, and that really helped me feel stress free about staying at her place.

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

This is the perfect Air BnB experience we all want! This little house is so comfortable and comforting. Beautiful, well appointed, with a great host. We are here in winter, yet the garden is a joy. We will absolutely stay again, hopefully in Spring/Summer to enjoy all the Red Cedar Grove Retreat has to offer.

This was a cute and cozy little home not to far from the city. We loved that there places to eat and coffee shops so close by.

Naili was an excellent host. Very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Very accommodating to me and my family and made our family Thanksgiving get together a reality with her beautiful home. The home is extremely gorgeous and very well kept with beautiful views and very peaceful. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend staying at Nali’s house.

Perfect location! I loved being able to walk to all the neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The dedicated parking spot was very helpful since street parking is for 2 hours unless you have a permit. The unit was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with plenty of towels and there’s also access to washer/dryer. Highly recommend this place!

Woohee's home was a perfect space to host my family for Thanksgiving. It was as described and very clean. Parking was as expected in Seattle but we never had to walk more than a block. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Woohee was a reliable and friendly host - communication and accommodations on point.

Had a wonderful time staying here! My friends and I were happy with the area and house, providing much comfort to make ourselves to feel like we were at home. It was very clean when we got there, and the place provided everything we needed and more! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable home that was only a 20-30 minute drive to Seattle or Tacoma. Koki was a great host and honestly, I couldn't have asked for more!

Fantastic choice. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The Target is super handy but also check out H Mart for groceries. The staff at the Concierge desk are lovely. Location is perfect. Very close to the light rail from the airport (get off at Symphony stop). We walked to the Space Needle. Couldn't stop looking at the views!! Definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed staying at Tetiana’s place. I thought the decor was cute and the space was big compared to most other options in Seattle. My only thing to note is that I think the parking space is way too small for a RAV4. I was able to get a Subaru Outback in there but at an angle due to the column. I think something like a mini cooper or fiat would be best. Luckily there was no one in the parking space beside of me for the length of my stay but I don’t think I could’ve managed parking with a compact SUV if there was a person in that space.

The apartment overlooks the beautiful courtyard and the amenities are quite nice. The building was very secure in an iffy neighborhood. But you have to be careful about entering and exiting the secure parking, with fines if you don't wait for the gate to close behind you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It was precisely what I needed, it's comfortable, clean, easy to find, and close to the I-5. It didn't take me more than 2 minutes to get to the interstate and I was able to be in downtown Seatle in about 20 minutes (weekend, off-peak hours). The place was exactly like the photos and description. If I ever need to get back to Seattle I'd certainly stay at Vagner's again.

Sean’s place could not be better situated! It’s “down the hill” from Pike Place Market. Within the last two years, Seattle has created a wonderful access bridge from Pike Place down to the waterfront, making Sean’s place ideal for walking the waterfront to restaurants and activities and getting to Pike Place Market. It’s also an easy drive to the Space Needle and Chihuly gardens and museum. While small, Sean’s place was perfect for two of us. I loved the fireplace and the view of Elliott Bay!

I really enjoyed my stay, the host was more than willing to accommodate my request. Allowing flexible check in, quick communication and amazing hospitality!

The location of this stay is prefect for a first time visit to Seattle, very walkable with so many shops and activities nearby. The stay is very cozy with a nice view. The actual beds and pillows were comfy.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and the apartment definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was great and extremely walkable. The actual apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to make dinner a couple of nights without hassle and do laundry since we were there for almost a week. I would highly recommend staying here as we would if we take another trip to Seattle.
