We loved our stay with Miles. He was very accommodating and beyond friendly. He was very accommodating to our families travel plans, we are very grateful for his kindness. The house was amazing, lots of room for everyone to relax. The outdoor pool was an awesome feature in the middle of winter. We will not hesitate to book with Miles for our next vacation!

Nick’s place, was a fantastic experience. The place was absolutely beautiful, with a prime location that made exploring the area so convenient. Meysam's property was clean and nicely maintained. The house was very accommodating for our family getaway. The location was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to hangout and relax along with a separate space to keep the kids entertained. Meysam was prompt to respond to any messages and was very hospitable. Would definitely come back in the summer to utilize the pool and hot tub out back.

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

Everything was great at Scott and Jasmine’s place !! Great location and comfortable beds !! Hot tub was great,Fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities one might need ! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!!

Sylvia was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything we could possibly need was there and it was a great spot for our two families with small kids. There are a bunch of stairs so we had to block off some from my 1 year old but the layout also made it better with different wake-up and bedtimes among the group. The kids loved the backyard play area and it would be amazing in the summer. We will definitely be staying again.

The house is perfect for large groups, very comfortable, and communication with the host is very good. My only recommendation is that they have an electric coffee maker. I would rent it again.😊

The landlord is very good

Had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back! It is a beautiful cottage that feels homey with lots of natural light. Ideal location in nature surrounded by trees with the convenience of a town only 10 minutes away. The hot tub and real wood fireplace were great after a day of snow tubbing and snowshoeing. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was sparkling clean. The host provided a helpful guide on how to use the fireplace, hot tub and local recommendations which were very much appreciated. The cherry on top was that Katrina had put seeds in the birdfeeders and I'd never seen so many beautiful birds, including 2 gorgeous owls, giant woodpeckers, cardinals and even a cute bunny! Highly recommended.

Kelly's cabin was perfect for our winter stay. It was quiet, clean, and peaceful, great for a short winter getaway. Kelly was responsive and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here in the midst of an absolutely gorgeous fall weekend. We could not have gotten any luckier with the weather or the view of the forest, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Kristin, Chris and Charlie were welcoming and kept to themselves. They put out extra firewood in a wheelbarrow so it was easily accessible for us. Their property was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as the photos on the listing. The bed was so comfortable, both my husband and I had 2 great nights sleep and slept in. The hot tub was spacious and so enjoyable, I believe we were in and out at least 6 times. The instructions for the toilet and the rest of the cabin were easy to follow and we ran into 0 issues. We will certainly be back, if Kristin and Chris will have us 😊👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mill Pond Cabin was a beautiful winter retreat! Just north enough of Toronto that the snow sticks & it creates a beautiful nature escape while staying warm in the hot tub/sauna. We loved the design of the cabin .. so much attention to detail & very clean. There is so much to do aside from the Nordic retreat activities like walking, hiking, going out on the ice on lake simcoe & Kate has stocked the place with a ton of board games to disconnect from your phone. We also enjoyed being able to use Netflix in the evenings. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, it felt very private & intimate for a nice getaway. We originally wanted to book a spa retreat but the privacy of this cabin with spa like amenities trumped any spa I’ve been to because you get this all to yourself. 100% worth the money! Also such a bonus that we got to enjoy this getaway & the nature with our pups! 10/10

Beautiful log cabin with multiple skylights that brightens the whole place during day. Located on a large private property with a huge yard surrounded by trees. The hot tub just a few steps outside the cabin is always available 24 hours. And Marie is super friendly and responsive to our requests.

Pure Magic… We just returned from a wonderful stay over nye at Dan & Sophia’s amazing A-Frame. The photos and description do not do the place justice, and Dan went to meticulous detail when building this dream destination. Peaceful and serene, Big Bear Cabin will always have a special place in our hearts and we hope to one day return.

Beautiful home with wonderful hosts! The space had everything my husband and I plus our two dogs needed for a long weekend away. Our dogs enjoyed the trails right behind the home, and my husband and I enjoyed the recommended local restaurants and breweries. It was about a 45 minute drive to Toronto which was just right for spending the day downtown. The lake view was incredibly beautiful and the front porch which faced the lake was perfect for winding down at the end of the night. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this home!
