What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

This is the kind of place you almost don't leave a review for because you don't want anyone else to stay there and take your space. It was peaceful. The stream sounds are awesome. It feels so homey and lived in. I loved my stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Alycia's home. The house is right on the lake, peaceful, quiet with beautiful views! Very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We explored Geneva, Watkins Glen and Penn Yan. Hiked the Gorge Trail and visited Seneca Falls. Both were amazing! Our host Alycia was very helpful, responsive and went above and beyond. We highly recommend this house for small groups and families and hope to return someday.

I would definitely stay here again. The place was safe. The yard was fenced. The entire home was well stocked. I truly felt at home.

The from the house was wonderful. Everything inside was clean and it was a very nice house to spend the weekend. There was one maintenance issue that was handled really before there was an issue. Everything was communicated clearly and handled very professionally. We really enjoyed our girls trip weekend here and would highly recommend this house to others.

We have stayed at this house multiple times. It is our home away from home at the Finger Lakes. You can’t beat the location! The house is absolutely perfect. It is a wonderful getaway. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had a great time in the hot tub! The house is close to lots of cute wineries. We also took advantage of the state park trails just down the road.

The Diane and Tom were very responsive and helpful from local attractions to helping provide tools when we had car trouble. The space was very welcoming and even had local coffee, s'mores makings, and other snacks. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at anytime of the day and the lake was within walking distance. The only downside was an uncomfortable master bed, but the other 3 beds were like sleeping on clouds! The water is not drinkable due to taste, but we brought our own.

We loved the house! We’ve never been around the finger lakes and decided to go on a wine tour. Lauren was so responsive and sent everything to us ahead of time so we didn’t even have to ask. There was SO MUCH ROOM! We joked about the large number of outlets, but it was perfect when we all needed a place to charge various things and plug in crockpots! We loved the pool, even though it was too cold outside for us to enjoy it. The lake is beautiful and it’s a quiet and peaceful house to stay in. Couldn’t recommend this home and hosts enough!!

Stayed here with some friends on a golf trip. Loved how private the place was. After golf we really just hung out by the lake with some drinks, grilling and playing food. Great place to just kick back and relax.

nice environment very quiet mostly. I greatly enjoyed sitting next to the water and drinking my coffee while listening to birds. also there are alot of fish if you enjoy fishing. The kayaks and fire wood are an excellent touch. We spent most of our time out sight seeing but we did use the fire pit and kayaks the little peddle boat was amusing. The bed is very comfy. if you stay here make the drive over to Robert H. Treman State Park it's the most beautiful park!

This place is awesome!! It’s even better than the pictures. The layout of this house is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in for a vacation home, with plenty of space to hang out together or apart. And the outdoor space was even better - multiple areas to sit and relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and there were more than enough towels for everyone. For any EV drivers, the 40A ChargePoint charger worked great. I have already recommended this house to multiple friends for their vacations, and we’ll be sure to book this place for our next FLX getaway!

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Watkins Glen for activities . Beautiful view of Seneca Lake off the balcony. Within minutes of several wonderful waterfalls.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday this past weekend and the place was perfect! The place is RIGHT on the lake and is close to many vineyards and little shops. Dave was very responsive. The place is quiet and it is immediately relaxing when you step foot on the property. If you’re looking for a unique spot to spend some time on the lake this is the place. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home by Seneca Lake! The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to many of the top wineries in the area, making it the perfect base for exploring the Finger Lakes wine trail. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with extremely comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a day of tasting and sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway in wine country!

We had a great time at the cabin! There were 5 of us girls and we all were comfortable with plenty of space. It was an unusually cold weekend for May when I wished we would have had some heat but there were plenty of blankets to help keep us warm. Michelle also was very responsive and even had someone drop off a sponge for us when I told her we couldn’t find one in the kitchen. Would love to go back!

Greg’s place was clean and convenient. Close to town and sooooo many wineries. Also, the tiki bar across the street was fire.

Our stay at Jenilee's cottage was awesome! Clean and friendly atmosphere! Right on the lake for water fun and fishing! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway at Joanne's lovely cottage on Lake Waneta. The beds were comfortable, and there were numerous places to relax and unwind throughout the home. We did not get out onto the lake, but the view of the stars at night from the dock was amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked with a Keurig machine, coffee pods and sweeteners, as well as ample cookware and kitchenware. The pantry was stocked with only the basics (salt, pepper, sugar etc.) so if you plan on doing any significant cooking, you may need to bring other spices. We loved the location - close to Watkins Glen/Seneca Lake, Penn Yan/Keuka Lake, and Corning. Joanne had some great winery recommendations, so we enjoyed our tasting experiences at several local wineries (if you love reds, definitely check out Shalestone Vineyards!). There is a store nearby for provisions, and there is a cute grocery store not too far war in Hammondsport. We would most definitely return if we ever visit FLX again!

Central, clean, professional management

The view from the back balcony was dreamy. Although not “on” the lake we enjoyed the stunning sunsets and water view. The home was cozy with ample linens and towels etc. We were glad to find the basics stocked ie. coffee, cooking necessities and spices. The location is a terrific jumping off point for area attractions. We would surely recommend.

Highly recommended! We were in the middle of transition, we rented this place for long term stay, and it was the best decision ever made. They are great hosts, Cody very responsive and helpful, who we mainly communicated with, and even when we needed to extend, David was very accommodating. The place is very clean, comfortable, felt like home. Whether you need this place short or long term, I high recommend it. Thank you hosting us :)
