Very lovely flat and very quiet. Shopping approx. 5-6 km. Everything available in the house, and the apartment very nicely and appropriately furnished. You felt right at home. We will be happy to come back. Birgit and Thomas

It was a very pleasant stay! The house has everything you need to relax. Sauna is amazing, bbq equipment is great. I strongly recommend this place for a short stay. But make sure you come with your car, as shops and civilisation is pretty far, which is not bad at all when one wants some peace.

We felt very comfortable in the 2 apartments of Celia and Ada! The apartments are exactly as in the photos - clear, spacious and beautifully simply decorated. The many bedrooms are all furnished with a lot of space and without much eating. The beds are large and equipped with great mattresses, we all slept very well. The kitchens are also very well equipped, cooking for many people is not a problem. Celia was always easily accessible and super nice☺️! I highly recommend this place!

Marion has a wonderful and well-kept accommodation. The highlights are undoubtedly the great views over the Eckernförder bay and the beautiful sauna on the spacious roof terrace. Also, the apartment was super clean (included Bed linen and towels) and great equipped (modern electrical appliances, extensive set of dishes) - really great! Thank you for the great accommodation, dear Marion!

With 16 people we had a great time at the country house. The variety of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. A day trip to Lübeck is also good to do, otherwise there were nice bike rides and walks. The communication with Jürgen was great!

Everything worked out great, for the money I would like that you don't necessarily have to bring everyone to this place, like salt/pepper/toilet paper. Of course, an Edeka is not far away but I would expect something like that in terms of price/performance. Even though we only used the jacuzzi and sauna once, something came together in the end with the electricity. Nevertheless, all in all, I was now in Kappeln for the third time, if you have no problem organizing and planning for food then I can only recommend it.

We enjoyed the holiday in Olpenitz very much. We stayed there with 8 adults and a small dog for 7 days. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Pool & sauna was used by us daily and there was always something to be done through all the play offers. (NK was just over 520€). In addition, anyone can avoid themselves to have their peace and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, we were even able to bake cakes! The sea was within walking distance of 10-15 and even in winter temperatures we liked every walk to the quiet Baltic Sea. There is an Edeka right at the entrance of the settlement. For communication: You can inquire about everything you need from the service team of the settlement. There is always someone there and helpful. Contact is NOT via AirB&B. We did not receive any answers.

You get exactly what you promised. Electricity bill in the end but significantly higher than expected - I don't know if this has to be the case.

Very nicely decorated house. We were on site with the extended family, everyone loved it. Through the pool room, sauna, billiards, foosball, ping pong table and dart board, the little ones didn't want to leave the house at all. Communication was super relaxed and easy. Small problems on our part were done by the local service partner with humor and at very short notice - great!!!

Very nice house for large groups. We stayed in this house on a weekend with 22 people, we enjoyed it very much. Very good equipment, enough dishes for everyone, great kitchen with huge fridge and freezer, as well as 2 dishwashers. Pool table, ping pong table, darts and pool area in very good condition. Highly recommend. There is another construction site opposite the house, but she didn't bother us on the weekends.

We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great shopping nearby, beach within walking distance. We were on site with 18 people and there were plenty of opportunities to engage in the house. The only drawback: very thin walls, you understand every word in the next room.
