There were two of us staying at the place for 4 days and had a great and above all relaxing time! The apartment is clean and well equipped, the property is simply magnificent. The peace and nature ensure maximum relaxation. In the morning we could watch the sunrise on the property with birds chirping and relax in the hot tub in the evening under the stars. Our highlight was definitely the fireplace, hot tub and sauna. Pure relaxation! Carlotta was always available and very accommodating. Hospitality is paramount here. We also found the folder in the kitchen helpful, which included not only all the instructions for using hot tub & Co., but also many tips for excursions, restaurants, shopping, etc. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended and we will be happy to come back! 😊

We had a great time there with our dog and 2 friends. The accommodation has been furnished and developed with a lot of love for detail and thoughtfully. We loved it. We especially enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool. Our dog also loved it there, e.g. the walks on the Elbe and through the village. The grounds were also great for exploring and sniffing. 😁 Thank you so much for allowing us to spend our time here!! ☺️

Our stay at Baude VI in Braunlage was fantastic. The apartment was immaculately clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail, so we felt at home from the first moment. The beds were extremely comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. We particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the living area, which provided a cozy atmosphere. The private wellness area with sauna and hot tub was an absolute highlight and offered perfect relaxation after our excursions in the area. The hosts were always available and incredibly friendly which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The location of the accommodation is ideal for excursions in the Harz. We can fully recommend the place and look forward to our next visit. :)

We had a wonderful getaway over New Year's Eve with Bernadet and Birko. We were expecting a very nice and lovingly furnished apartment. I quote our 3 year old son "Mama, it's beautiful here!" Everything was available, almost like at home. With a lot of attention to detail, ❤️ a warm welcome and great service, we had a wonderful time. Always happy to stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were my parents there with our dog. The location and amenities are great! We can also use the barbecue on the terrace and have been able to spend nice evenings there. Our personal highlight was Sauna! :) All in all, a nice and relaxing holiday in a wonderfully rural setting.

We had a great time at the apartment. The apartment is spacious, the equipment is fine, it lacks nothing. The garden is beautiful and invites you to relax. Our son was especially happy about the play equipment in the garden. The lake is just a stone's throw away. The hosts are super nice, helpful and can always come up with tips and recommendations. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable that weekend and were very happy! In the house there is everything you could want - the house feels right at home and the garden has a small oasis to sit outside together during the day or evening. Everything is spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you could want. It is all made and furnished with a lot of love. And is certainly a good idea for a long time in the house. Communication with Ute was great and warm. She explained everything well and also asked in between if everything is okay. We loved being guests in the house! Highly recommend.

Spent a weekend here in October with a large group of friends (25 people). We felt totally comfortable despite the rain: the accommodation offers a lot of space (including the barn with table tennis table), and in the loft there is a very large kitchen. The yard with the fire pit is really pretty and it was fun to stay outside despite the rainy weather, for games or just to chill. The place itself is very quiet with green surroundings, and there are only short car trips to Meseberg and Gransee. Communication with Edith was straightforward, she was very friendly and pointed out everything you need at check-in.
