Our apartments are situated in a quiet street, with little traffic and available free parking. A short 15 minute walk will take you to the city center as well as the fabulous beach, while all major hotels, convention centers and sports facilities are just 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants and a bakery can be found nearby for your convenience. This apartment is our favorite, a cozy suite on the top floor with an attic like feeling and great views! Perfect for a romantic holiday

We also provide 4 bikes for you to go along cycle path to Grado in just few minutes where you can find historical buildings, excellent local seafood cuisine and art treasure hidden in streets.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

There is a charming garden with private pool, Bbq area, parking on site. <br>It consists of living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom with a s hower upstairs and two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower downstairs. In one of the bedrooms double bed can be turned into twin beds.
