Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sasbachwalden

The flat was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, there were many walks to choose from which went directly from the house. There is tourist information in the next village along which can be walked to as its about 3km away. It was not made clear that there is only one bedroom, this is large and has lots of storage so is a nice room, the second bed is actually is a fold away one in the lounge area. This was not a problem for myself and my friend but just something to be aware of if you were wanting more privacy. The flat is self contained but it is within the house itself, there are a number of other flats within the building, if you are expecting it to be separate its not. There was occasionally a small amount of noise from the private part of the house where the host lives but this was not intrusive, just the children playing. Be aware that you will need to pay tourist tax at the end of your stay, its about one euro per person per day.

Following a stay with friends at Europapark, we booked Rainer's place. There is nothing to say except that everything was superb. Host is responsive, caring and warm. The apartment is in very good condition and as described. The village is very friendly. We won't hesitate to come back.

Anita and her husband are wonderful and warm hosts. Their place was just great and we felt right at home. Everything was sparkling clean and, since we arrived shortly after Christmas, Anita had lovingly decorated throughout the house. There were four of us (two adults and two children aged 7 and 9) in Anita's place. We lacked nothing and the special extras for us were the infrared sauna and the bubble bath, where we could relax wonderfully. Communication was always super fast and she gave us tips for excursions in the region shortly after arrival and was also otherwise contactable at any time. We can recommend the apartment 100% and hope to return in the spring or summer to further explore the great surroundings. Many thanks to Anita and her husband for the beautiful feel-good days!!

Bodo's apartment is perfect for spending a few days visiting the Black Forest. It has everything and is spacious. Haslach has everything and is beautiful. Bodo is attentive and responds quickly. Definitely a place to go back. Highly recommended

Very satisfied, very nice apartment with attention to the smallest details, equipped with all amenities to make your stay as if you were at home. Isabelle is a kind and reserved hostess. The location of the apartment is very strategic as it is in the center between Strasbourg and Colmar so ideal for visiting, as in our case, all the fantastic Christmas markets. The area is very quiet and in the immediate vicinity there are all the necessary services. I highly recommend it.

Very nice house in the middle of the forest, great view and equipped with everything you could ever need. Very straightforward check-in and out, and you can go for very good walks from the house. I'd love to come back!

What an enchanted break this stay! Everything has exceeded my expectations, we feel welcomed right away and at home. I would have stayed for a few more days to enjoy this cozy kota with its cute details, ceramic dishes and visiting the squirrels by the window! Marie was very welcoming and even offered to make a little ceramics at the pottery workshop (already with the visit I was Angry). Anyway, I think I'll be back, it was incredibly refreshing and sweet:)

Just like the pictures. There's space, it's cute like everything and the beds are great! We had a short but very nice stay. It's a quiet and charming corner. And in addition, we have great advice from Sandrine regarding the Christmas markets to see and the practical information if we ever decided to go to Strasbourg for the Christmas market (we finally opted for one of Sandrine's proposals for another Christmas market and we were delighted!)

Well located apartment, accessible by car with assigned parking space. The tram station is a short walk away and downtown is then a few stations away. We really appreciated the location of this apartment to enjoy a weekend in Strasbourg. This accommodation is well isolated from noise, quiet environment. The icing on the cake, the bakery a short walk away, perfect for breakfast!

Great area if you like to hike scenic trails and eat good food. Bakeries and high quality restaurants are walkable. A larger small town is also a 5 minute drive for shopping, etc. The guest house was in great shape. We had two meals in during our week and it had everything we needed. 1 bathroom, but there is an extra toilet as well off of the porch, which was nice. Regina was very friendly and responsive. 5 stars

Excellent accommodation, I would recommend it. Thanks again Wolfgang. If I can just make an improvement, there is a lack of storage for our belongings in 3 bedrooms of the accommodation.

We had a wonderful time at Diana's place! The pictures describe the place very well, in reality it is even more beautiful. Top location for various excursions, quiet beautiful location and yet only 10 minutes by car to supermarkets. Everything was clean and the apartment is perfectly equipped. The highlight for our daughter was that she was allowed to raise eggs and the fallow deer came right in front of our balcony at dusk. We'd love to come back!

We had a perfect stay with the family, with our baby and our dog, for a week at Erika's. The heidi house keeps its promises: a new and clean studio, with a super equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed, in a peaceful place with stunning views of the forest. There are hikes directly from the studio. Otherwise, there are many activities to do nearby (the village of Stiltach, the open-air museum). Erika is a very friendly host, very attentive and with whom we were able to have great discussions while respecting our space. We had a wonderful vacation: thanks Erika!

We had a great time despite the rainy weather that wasn't there. Only 10 minutes from the golf de souffleheim where we had a competition. The house is large very functional and very pleasant with a very large green area. A foosball table for fun evenings. José welcomed us perfectly and remains available. We would definitely recommend Rebecca and Daniel's house.

Had a great couple of days at this place. It's at an (aging) holiday park, but the house is cosy and kitchen and bathroom are up to date. Love the (new) fireplace. Easy access to trails for walking and mountainbiking. Kids loved sleeping in the attic!

Marie is a lovely lady living on the next door of the apartment. She is very sweet and friendly and happy to help when needed.

We had a great stay. Being a group of 4 adults & 4 children, the apartment is very comfortable and functional. It is modern, clean and very well-equipped (including exotic spices & sauces :)). Hosts are very responsive, available and flexible. Perhaps the only small downside is the wifi coverage (a little difficult to pick up from the downstairs bedroom and kitchen)

The apartment is comfortably furnished and had everything you need. It was very clean. There were eight of us and we were fine. 2 sleeping places are the pull-out sofa in the living room. We also found all the space at the table. From the apartment you are within 10 minutes walk to the tram station. Bakeries and small supermarkets are also within walking distance. We would book it again!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house! We were a total of 6 adults and 5 children and felt completely comfortable. The house was very clean, superbly equipped and offered enough space for everyone. We would like to emphasize the exceptionally friendly host – the communication was always fast, warm and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Europa-Park or Rulantica – both are easily accessible in about 30 minutes by car. We fully recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

The accommodation was a success, it is very conveniently located in a residential area ideal for families, and clean. Quiet area integrated with nature. Totally recommended.
