Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Perche Natural Park, and 800 m from the village of Ceton with all amenities, this authentic Vau Gelé family home is ideal for hosting family and friends in large numbers. My accommodation consists of a main farmhouse, as well as a barn, refurbished, on a plot of 3000 m2, totally isolated and in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. Manoir du Bois Joly – Gite du Fournil

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche.
