Lovely garden, very convenient on the outskirts of Le Mans. Just what we needed

We came as a family for a 5-day stay and were extremely delighted with our stay! The house is very convenient, impeccable and very well-equipped for a large group. Kids are welcome and it feels like a lot. Nathalie is very attentive and very concerned about our comfort and the quality of our stay, we recommend with our eyes closed! In addition, the house and garden are beautiful, which made us feel really out of place and on vacation, all feeling at home!

kamir is an attentive, responsive and accommodating host. The house is quietly located in a haven of peace, perfect when you want to take a great breath of fresh air and tranquility away from the urbanization. I would highly recommend it. The bedding is EXTREMELY comfortable. The garden is not fenced, it is to know if your dog is runaway. In addition: the 2 friendly chickens that offer eggs😁. A very pleasant experience.

Great host! Karim is very kind and caring. He welcomed us perfectly, and was very accommodating for our arrival, and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible. The place is spacious and great for 12 people. Everything is as described. We will come back here without hesitation if we have a chance again!

We had a great weekend with the family. The house is perfect for reunions of large families. We loved it!

Our party of 8 really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet but the house was within easy walking distance of the tram, shops, restaurants, parks, and sites. There was off-street parking a short ways away from the house for our 2 cars, though we didn't drive much while we were there. The rooms were nice and we especially liked the sun room and the courtyard. All bedrooms had electric blackout shades that lowered with the push of a button and these were great for sleeping in late. The hosts left sort of a welcome basket (without the basket) for us that gave us something to eat and drink that first morning until we were able to get to the store and that was very nice as well. We cooked breakfast most of the other days, which was the only cooking we did, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. We did some laundry and that all worked fine. The internet access was adequate, but the Wi-Fi access was weak in some parts of the house. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time with friends during the 24 hours. Very quiet location. Our host is very nice and kind. I would this property.

The villa was even larger than we expected and although there were 20 of us all together it wasn’t crowded at all . The heated pool was excellent for all the children having a large flat shallow area at one end. Everything was thought of from washing machine to dishwashers and more crockery and kitchen equipment than you could use. Tiphanie was a great host and we all had a thoroughly good time and couldn’t recommend this villa enough

We had an amazing week in Vallon-sur-Gée. There are so many things to do in and around the Airbnb, like playing pool, visiting le Mans or just go for a swim in the pool. Also the communication was super fast and easy and the whole team of SoVillas was really helpful and nice.

Our family of 14 had the most wonderful stay at Bertrand and Sandra’s beautiful house. We had everything we needed… and more! The pool was wonderful, we enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, playing boules, volleyball, table football and lawn games. The piano was also great - our son very much enjoyed playing it! The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated all the small touches around the house - sharp knives, a well stocked spice drawer, excellent kitchen appliances, candles, kids toys and a beer cooler in the bar area. We enjoyed lovely days out to Le Mans historic city centre and L’Arche de la Nature park. There is lots to do in the area! We would 100% recommend a stay here for a perfect, relaxing family holiday. Thank you Bertrand and Sandra for being excellent hosts.

We had a blissful week here that we didn’t want to end. The huge grounds and pool gave us a perfect base where we could relax utterly and completely re-charge in peace - but with great access to everything we needed. Henneke made everything incredibly easy for us, and was so helpful and welcoming. I miss it all so much already!

Christian’s place is a beautiful country home. Perfect for a family, a great place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The house has all the amenities you could need with excellent quality linens and furnishing. We enjoyed exploring the garden and dinner at nearby Chateau Le Grand Luce. Would definitely stay again!

Very large and pleasant house for a stay with friends. Stéphanie who takes care of the house and manages the arrivals and departures of the guests is very efficient and friendly. We will definitely come back.

We were very warmly welcomed by Christian and Annick. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and as described. The house is very spacious. The dome pool allowing you to swim even when the weather is unfavorable was much appreciated. We feel good in their home, a bit like we were at home!
