We had a very nice week in Stefano's apartment. The apartment is super central, you are on the beach in a few minutes and in 20 minutes walking to the old town. There are plenty of parking and supermarkets, cafes and a bakery are right around the corner. The apartment itself has everything you need and the roof terrace is beautiful. Stefano is friendly and responds super quickly, we highly recommend the place!

Fantastic apartment, not your average holiday rental. Great furnishings and a really stunning balcony with a remarkable view. The complex is great too with a lovely pool and immaculately kept.

Michela’s apartment exceeded our expectations - it was specious, beautiful and had everything we needed (kettle, towels, ear plugs, wifi etc). The location is perfect - public transport, restaurants, sights nearby. Michela was also easy to reach and very helpful. Would recommend!

The apartment is superb - a large open-plan space in an excellent location near the beaches and close to the old town. Francesco was a great host - quick to reply to any questions, and clear instructions to check-in. Highly recommend.

Our host Simone (Tiziane's son) was extremely responsive and very nice, he answered to all my questions and always trying to help. the apartment was fully furnished too bad it didn't have a dishwasher but this was not important. there was parking next to coop always available which was 4min from the apartment. They even offer beach ⛱️ that was very useful to just borrow. in general we had an amazing stay and the apartment was fully equipped and matched our expectations.

The apartment is located very centrally in the centro storico. It is a short walk to all amenities in Alghero. Very well located. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Francesco was extremely accommodating as we booked the apartment on very short notice. He had it ready for us in a couple of hours. He was helpful and responsive. I would recommend.

We learned to appreciate and love the longer the stay. We spent 14 days here and we didn't miss anything! When we returned from our excursions and adventures, it was like a homecoming. We slept in good beds, had a spacious modern bathroom available and the kitchen is modern and functionally furnished. Loved the great knives and the new frying pans of all sizes! From all windows you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea. We ate often on the patio while watching the ships. We got to know and appreciate Alessandro and Irene as extremely gracious and helpful hosts. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The apartment is newly remodeled, and very beautiful and large inside. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had in regards to getting to stovetop to operate, and the video used to enter was very helpful, as the multiple lockboxs are somewhat cumbersome. It should be noted that the community is Bosa Marina, and the apartment is not part of or really near a marina or water. Also, the photos of the grounds are not accurate as it are now overgrown with weeds, not cared for, and there are areas roped off to keep guests out, which is not represented in the photos. I got the feeling that the permanent residents of the building really don't appreciate units being rented out to Airbnb clients. We were there for 2 days, and the apartment met our needs.

Excellent location in central Cagliari—walkable into town and close to major roads and the train station for activities in the surrounding areas. The penthouse is new and modern with sweeping views of the busy port and distant mountains. If you have a car, there’s paid parking at the nearby train station. Manu was a great host, always available to answer questions and make recommendations. Highly recommended.

Duke and Luigi were extremely welcoming, charming and communicative hosts. They responded quickly and helpfully to any queries from the moment we made an enquiry about the apartment right through to when we left. They had lots of useful recommendations for restaurants and activities in Golfo Aranci and the surrounding area. The apartment itself was stunning and fully lived up to expectations. The views from the terrace and pool were wonderful, and these outside areas were so nice for eating, drinking and relaxing. Though not cheap, we felt the apartment was good value and it greatly enhanced our trip to sunny Sardinia. Thank you Duke and Luigi for helping to make our stay so enjoyable and relaxing!

Amazing place right in the city centre but still so quiet you won't hear any noise. The apartment had everything you need, the washing machine was also great. The entire flat was perfectly clean, easy to find and it is much bigger than on the pictures. Host was so nice and gave very good intructions, I can only recommend this place if you visit Cagliari.

Perfect weekend in nature! If you're looking for an escape from the city routine and traffic, this place is perfect. Clear directions to get there, Michele welcomed us with pleasure and punctuality. The house was super clean and tidy, it has every essential comfort. In short, it was all great! Absolutely recommended
