The apartment is equipped with everything you need. However, it is very spartan and does not invite you to linger. A little outdated. The apartment was very clean and smelled pleasant.

Giovanni’s place was exactly what I was looking for in the area. The host and his family were very friendly and helpful with local tips. Check in/check out was smooth. The place itself is newly refurbished. It’s spacious and cozy, with a little balcony with some nice views. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend it!

We had a very nice week in Stefano's apartment. The apartment is super central, you are on the beach in a few minutes and in 20 minutes walking to the old town. There are plenty of parking and supermarkets, cafes and a bakery are right around the corner. The apartment itself has everything you need and the roof terrace is beautiful. Stefano is friendly and responds super quickly, we highly recommend the place!

Fantastic apartment, not your average holiday rental. Great furnishings and a really stunning balcony with a remarkable view. The complex is great too with a lovely pool and immaculately kept.

Michela’s apartment exceeded our expectations - it was specious, beautiful and had everything we needed (kettle, towels, ear plugs, wifi etc). The location is perfect - public transport, restaurants, sights nearby. Michela was also easy to reach and very helpful. Would recommend!

The apartment is superb - a large open-plan space in an excellent location near the beaches and close to the old town. Francesco was a great host - quick to reply to any questions, and clear instructions to check-in. Highly recommend.

Our host Simone (Tiziane's son) was extremely responsive and very nice, he answered to all my questions and always trying to help. the apartment was fully furnished too bad it didn't have a dishwasher but this was not important. there was parking next to coop always available which was 4min from the apartment. They even offer beach ⛱️ that was very useful to just borrow. in general we had an amazing stay and the apartment was fully equipped and matched our expectations.

The apartment is located very centrally in the centro storico. It is a short walk to all amenities in Alghero. Very well located. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Francesco was extremely accommodating as we booked the apartment on very short notice. He had it ready for us in a couple of hours. He was helpful and responsive. I would recommend.

We learned to appreciate and love the stay the longer we stayed. We spent 14 days here and we didn't miss anything! When we returned from our excursions and adventures, it was like coming home. We slept in good beds, had a spacious modern bathroom available and the kitchen is modern and functionally furnished. I loved the great knives and the new frying pans in all sizes! From all windows you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea. We often ate on the terrace while watching the ships. We got to know and appreciate Alessandro and Irene as extremely kind and helpful hosts. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent location in central Cagliari—walkable into town and close to major roads and the train station for activities in the surrounding areas. The penthouse is new and modern with sweeping views of the busy port and distant mountains. If you have a car, there’s paid parking at the nearby train station. Manu was a great host, always available to answer questions and make recommendations. Highly recommended.

Amazing place right in the city centre but still so quiet you won't hear any noise. The apartment had everything you need, the washing machine was also great. The entire flat was perfectly clean, easy to find and it is much bigger than on the pictures. Host was so nice and gave very good intructions, I can only recommend this place if you visit Cagliari.

Luigi is a super welcoming host, as well as being available to give all the information about restaurants and beaches to visit in the surrounding area. The accommodation is very comfortable for 1 or 2 people and is strategically located to reach the various beaches of the Sinis peninsula and the neighboring villages. Just a 1-minute walk away, there are amenities such as a supermarket and tobacco shop. I absolutely recommend it.

Had a great week at Carola's place! The room is small but very cozy, the rest of the apartment even nicer than in the photos. Carola welcomed me very nicely, even when I arrived in the middle of the night. The apartment is centrally located yet very quiet, from there you can wonderfully explore everything on foot. All in all, absolutely recommended :-)
