My apartment is a small and charming penthouse on the 4th floor, located in the very central neighborhood of La Marina from which you can walk to all the main places of interest in the city. From the terrace, much loved by guests, you can see the sea between the rooftops of the neighborhood. Below the house you will find bars, restaurants, theaters. In 15 minutes by bus you will arrive at Poetto beach, in 8 minutes on foot at the train and bus station and if you add another 7 minutes you will be at the airport!

Came for a climbing vacation with some friends, the residence is in a very good position for reaching crags in various directions (Jerzu, Ulassai, Baunei, and Quirra), it's also possible to have a short hike on the hills around starting directly from the residence. Communication with Patrice and Marie Line was very prompt and Antonella (the residence caretaker) always very kind and helpful. We'll probably come back on our next trip to this area of Sardinia!

Apartment complete with every comfort that a vacation requires. Excellent welcome, discreet, but still present in case of any requests, cleanliness and order in the house very accurate. We also found basic necessities such as oil, vinegar, salt, fresh water, coffee pods, candy and chocolates... in short, everything is really very welcome!!!!! A pleasant stay in every aspect, in a wonderful place like Santa Teresa di Gallura

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood outside the center. Getting there by motorbike was a bit adventurous, as the access road is being renovated. But no reason for us to deduct a point. The reception was very friendly despite the language barrier and we got everything well explained. The apartment was clean and the kitchen has everything you need. A couch and TV invites you to linger. On the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. And enjoyed it very much here.

Thisyear there were a lot of people in our time (June 19-29). Normally we go to Maria Pia beach which is about twenty minutes walk but is spectacular. It's crowded on Sundays. We tried several nhuovi restaurants; Morizzio, Behind the Prisons, Lido (we hadn't tried it in recent years) and Sa Mesa city. Everyone is very good. I was disappointed by Alguer mia; ask what the friyyo squid is like before ordering it. Normally, with a response from the air in the house, there is a nice cooler both at night and during the day. On Wednesdays, near the apartment, there is the market.

Very modern and beautiful apartment on two floors. Very well equipped! Air conditioning in every living room, which is very pleasant in the heat. Parking is possible at the front door. A pharmacy is 100 meters from the house. The location is pretty quiet. Bathrooms are like new and very clean, as is the rest of the house !! We felt comfortable from the first minute. We ☺️ can only warmly recommend the accommodation to everyone 👍

A perfect base to explore the surroundings of Castelsardo, Lu Bagnu and Alghero. As we flew in from Olbia airport, we also made a day stop at the Giants' grave of Coddu Vecchiu and Nuraghe La Prisgiona and had lunch in Arzachena. We really enjoyed this short, relaxing stay! The view from the balcony was amazing and the Conad supermarket was very close by with many choices for snacks and food! Lorella was very helpful and responsive, with great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. Thank you for the lovely encounter!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the hosts Marina and Antonello are very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient for access to the centre of town, with some good restaurants within easy walking distance. We chose the property because we are two sisters and we wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it suited our needs perfectly. Air conditioning is also a good addition for the warmer nights. We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week exploring the town and surrounding areas.
