Vacation rentals in São Nicolau

Our stay went well we were 9 we were able to enjoy the beach which was nearby during the day and also enjoy the jaccuzi present in the house. The house was clean is functional. We were able to benefit from many parking spaces in the house! Great stay as a whole family in Espinho!

The stay was amazing. There were recommendations from several establishments in Porto. The district always responded very quickly and were flexible with check out time. I hope to return

Miguel and Daniela’s place is like living in a futuristic museum. It is by far the best experience we have had at any apartment and I have been using Airbnb for a long time now. It is an experience and cannot be described in words. The great things were free parking in the garage, the great view, the interiors, heated floors! and the ability to walk to the main attractions (sometimes a quick Uber is needed but that’s ok). The checkin experience was great and so was the entire stay. If we ever come back to Porto we will stay here again.

Manu is a very welcoming host, with lots of good advice on sightseeing (cellars on the Douro....) and must-see places. Recommended without hesitation. The accommodation offered is as described and has a lot of space (very well equipped and very clean)

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Very clean and spacious. Despite being in an area with traffic, it was very well soundproofed. Comfy beds and two spacious bathrooms. It's a second floor with no elevator. Going to the historic center takes 25 minutes. There is a metro station five minutes away (Tickets are individual though I ask you how many trips you are going to take. Everyone has to buy their own). There are bars nearby. Except in front of the house, where the cars parked in one of the traffic lanes, the rest has to be paid for parking, but it is cheap and you can choose up to 6 hours of parking.

This was an excellent stay! So close to the beach and gorgeous. The area is quiet with great spots for dinner. Maria was an excellent host - we felt very welcome.

Everything was perfect!

Wonderful stay during half term with extended family. Traditional style house with a garden for the kids to play in and animals to keep them interested. Never actually met the host but host's parents instead who live next door. Josue's mother met us on arrival and showed us around the house and where everything was. Was lovely to meet her. His father came every morning and evening to deal with the animals via a private gate to their property in the garden. Location was about 15-20 minute walk to the coast and a bus stop nearby to go to Porto. Although we used bolts to get around as they were very cheap. It was nice with it being away from the chaos of the center of Porto. Thank you Josue for a wonderful stay! 🙂
