Vacation rentals in São Nicolau

We spent a lovely week at Elisa and Andrés beachfront Airbnb. Communication was flawless and we were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Portugese wine which was a nice touch. Once checked in, we had a slight issue with the loud noise coming from the pool pump and Elisa responded within minutes, sending her Father around to check it for us. Location-wise, we chose this because it is right on the beach and it really is. You can hear the ocean from inside and see it from the windows. On a clear night the Sunset is sensational. Elisa was super flexible with our check-in and check-out times, offering both an early check-in and later check-out to accommodate our travel plans which we were super thankful for. All in all, a great trip, can highly recommend!

It was perfect. Everything was very clean and freshly renovated and very easy to park. We enjoyed Porto a lot.

Jose was a wonderful host. He not only met us at the parking area but also help us with our suitcases to the apartment, then took the time to mark different restaurants and point of interest on a map for us. The apartment was the best of the three Airbnb we stayed in this vacation. I would book it again. The view was gorgeous and it was the perfect place to spend and watch New Years from the balcony. The place was immaculate and the additional welcome gift was very special. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our stay was spectacular!! The reception of Mr. Sebastião and his lady ( Gorete ) was wonderful! The house is much more beautiful than the photographs!! It has everything! We stay 5 days , clean and smelling space!! The wonderful heating and the simply magnificent place!!!! I will definitely come back!!! We were in 11 people and the children loved!! The dog was a cute !! Simply one of the best stays I've ever had!!!!

We spent a wonderful few days at this property! When planning our trip with my girlfriends, we were looking for a beachfront property. We chose this one, and it was just the best thing that could have happened to us! It has a clean and comfortable apartment, very nice and friendly owners, and the highlight of this property is the ocean at arm's length! We enjoyed our morning coffee and our dinners on the terrace, listening to the waves! Just a dream :) Highly recommended!

beautiful apartment , spacious, bright, very nice decoration, 2 bedrooms each with an ideal room since we were 2 couples, the terrace is a real plus, I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Great studio apartment in the heart or Porto, easily walkable to all the sites and areas. Lots of great local restaurants and the studio apartment was quiet, we heard no noise at night which was great. We would highly recommend staying here, it was great value.

Elspeth and Claudio’s place was amazing. We loved being so close to all of the main spots to explore and yet it was absolutely quiet and tucked away. The views from the balconies were our favorite and we loved hearing the church bells. Our toddler appreciated the kid-friendly accommodations Elspeth and Claudio provided and loved looking out at the birds from the balcony. We would absolutely stay here again! Other reviews mentioned the tunnel you may go through to enter the apartment but we found it was not an issue for us at all. It was easy enough to enter from the other street, avoiding the tunnel completely and we felt safe and secure during our entire stay. Don’t let that deter you, this place is amazing!
