Mr. Eduardo's house is excellent, I went with my family and we felt at home, ample and private space. Toilet paper was available, detergent and soap (this was a plus), filtered water, clean pool. Air-conditioning works well. Thank you very much, Mr. Eduardo!

The place is super cozy, our family felt like they were really at home, seeing the sunrise and sunset became routine in the last few days, just open the gate and we were already stepping on the sand on the beach. Marta and her husband welcomed us and gave us all the support we needed. Until the next holidays.

The house is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized., check in and check out without bureaucracy, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beaches, shops, markets, bars and pharmacies very close! The hostess Samira is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love staying in the city.

About the house: Wonderful television, the wi-fi catches perfectly, there is no lack of water at any time, has an outdoor service area (which does not appear in the photos), but which allows you to wash clothes take a sun and take a beer by the moon (or the sun) light. In many ways the house of Leónidas fully met my expectations. It is in a great neighborhood to know the daily life of the Ludovicense people, it has many nearby amenities and can be reached on foot, including the historical center. The house is all clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen has utensils for those who want to cook. The backyard has a great shower for those who want to cool outdoors. In the bedroom has a powerful air-conditioner, but also internal windows that help cool naturally. The door of the room gives directly to the street, but it has several security features in addition to being in a neighborhood with locals, never completely empty and, in addition, it is enough to have the care that we have in our own homes located anywhere else in Brazil. I finish highlighting the warmth and promptness of the host, from the beginning to the last day, when, even under a torrential rain, it was discovered to help me pack my bags in the uber.

Location easy to find, the supermarkets nearby that you can walk evenly. Received by Dona Lurdes q has always been very kind and willing to help. The site corresponds to the listing, it's even better than the listing, actually. It has pharmacies, gym, gas station all close to the site, and some buses pass right at the front door of the site. We were not disturbed once. I would recommend it!

Simple House, but it served us perfectly. Excellent location, and close to the coastline, if I'm not mistaken is 5 km.
