It is a very good experience, the apartment is not very large, but very functional and becomes cozy. Close to the historic center, the São Francisco bridge and with a bus stop practically down the street. The big house is beautiful, it's worth it.

The stay was excellent, we felt at home in a totally welcoming and pleasant environment, easy access and noble region. The host Arthur always very polite and helpful, answered everything quickly. Super I indicate the location.

An excellent experience, the apartment was very clean and organized, the host very helpful, from the beginning of the hiring to the exit. However some points were a bit frustrating. - There is an image in the publicity of the beach apartment where to see the sunset, but the apartment in yes has no view to the sea, this was very frustrating. Another point that made us very upset was the question of the structure of the building, the elevator was always broken (I was stuck twice, but it soon came back), when we were going to talk about the problem at the reception, they pretended not to know or said they were already seeing. But I want to make it clear that the apartment itself is organized, clean, and still left us some snacks. I definitely recommend the host and will be staying with them again when I return to São Luís.

Andre is super attentive and gave us tips about the city that helped a lot! The distance to the beach can be done quietly in a walk. The apartment is cozy and functional!

It was 10 wonderful days, apt.corresponde with the ad, well located, in front of the beach with bars, restaurants, pizzeria.... next door. Super recommended, we will be back soon

very well located property, quiet place, space and convenience for my family. All very clean and organized. as we are not very technological hit me a little bit, but I soon learned how to use the lock and get in and out of the building... kkkkk the ad makes juz to what we use. Great cost benefit.

The environment matches the listing, just behind the building there is a good beach for walking or even bathing for those who want it, the host asked some questions very kindly and the check in was very easy to carry out (this was my first trip and it went super smooth).

Very clean and organized space

It was my first Airbnb lodging. I was unsure about the reservation but everything went well. The apartment is well organized, clean and comfortable. In the building there is the possibility to enjoy laundry (paying a small amount), swimming pool, shopping for basic things, among other things.

Perfect Period, great apartment, located in great place, super recommend it, and I will return.

The space easily meets the needs of 3 people, very organized, just like the photos, many good utensils, in great condition! It's a small but well-organized space that makes you very comfortable. The only problems are the bathroom door that is heavy and the shower that did not warm up. But the host was super proactive! Would definitely recommend the place!
