It is a very good experience, the apartment is not very large, but very functional and becomes cozy. Close to the historic center, the São Francisco bridge and with a bus stop practically down the street. The big house is beautiful, it's worth it.

The accommodation corresponded exactly as listing undoubtedly recommended and would come back more often, the location is excellent and a quiet, family-friendly setting. The only point that needs to improve is the condition of some kitchen equipment such as the blender that presented a very strange noise the impression it gave was that it was going to burn at any time during use and the mouths of the stove are all rusty, which made the flames have a low intensity for cooking even in the high fire, as we were with the intention of making most of the meals in the accommodation we had to start cooking long in advance so that the food was ready at the usual time of the children. There were other situations related to TV, kitchen utensils and an air mattress that had been made available and that were answered and resolved promptly, including a new foam mattress was made available.

Andre is super attentive and gave us tips about the city that helped a lot! The distance to the beach can be done quietly in a walk. The apartment is cozy and functional!

The environment matches the listing, just behind the building there is a good beach for walking or even bathing for those who want it, the host asked some questions very kindly and the check in was very easy to carry out (this was my first trip and it went super smooth).

The stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly like the one described. Very good and very well located with many restaurants and services nearby. The hostess gave very good indications. It's still close to the Lagoa, with a great spot for jogging and hiking. And if you're lucky, like me, you can still roll out some free shows there.

Apartment with excellent location and easy access to the sea with a side view. Near restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies and the like. Interior complies with the above and very well skipped, including basic consumables and instrumentation. We had a small intercurrence that was promptly resolved by Patricia, which was very solicited and polite, as well as being flexible with checkout. I have no complaints, only thanks. Indico the place and would come back in the future at another opportunity.
