Vacation rentals with a patio in Santos-o-Velho

Natacha was very nice. We arrived late at night, and Natacha was still waiting for us. It was already after midnight. The check in and out was very smooth. And the house is really not far away from the beach. I think in less than 10 minutes walk. One highlight is the Sushi restaurant in the same building on the ground floor. It was probably one of the best I tried in Europe. Just check the rating and photos on Google. However due to the restaurant, it was loud for this apartment, which is right above it. So if you have a problem with it, you might need to think twice. Last but not least, a café was just across the street. A supermarket was also within walk distance. A lot of parking place was right in front of the building. All together, we are satisfied.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Great unit and location. There were fresh flowers and a nice hand written postcard waiting for me at arrival. The host were very responsive. There are great restaurants so close and even a community center next door with music events

Joana was responsive as soon as I booked her apartment. Very friendly and reassured us she was available at any time to assist us and gave us her personal phone number. Her apartment was clean, attractive and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. Location was great, easy walk to many sights and near the metro. Windows let in lots of light and made the apartment light and very quiet when closed. Highly recommend!

During my spontaneous trip to Lisbon, I had a great time in Teresinha's apartment. The apartment is located a little outside the city center, but this can be reached quickly on foot or by metro. The Miradouros in Graca is not far on foot and there are many small hip pubs and cafes in the area - great for those who like it a little more individual. The small but nice place was very well maintained and there was nothing I missed. I particularly liked the large terrace, which can certainly be used even better in summer than now in December. Like many other apartments in Lisbon, it was a bit clairvoyant, so you could sometimes hear the neighbors. But that didn't bother me at all. All in all I would book the apartment again immediately and return there.

The host was really kind and helpful, despite the fact that we arrived very late and after the agreed time, he was always friendly and smiling. The house is great, the terrace is large. we will surely come back during our next stay in Lisbon.

This was a very comfortable apartment which provided us with a quiet and comfortable base from which to explore Lisbon. The outside terrace was a lovely little haven where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable, which meant we were well rested. Would recommend this apartment as a quiet, comfortable base from which to explore. Be aware that for those who aren't able to manage stairs this may not be the best option as it is on the 3rd floor, but for us this wasn't an issue and we both enjoyed our stay. Thanks very much.

We loved our stay here. Ana was very responsive. It was so great to be able to drop off our luggage early as our flight got in before check in time. The photos show you exactly what you get. The terrace is beautiful-we used it even though it was chilly during our December stay. We could walk to everything from the central location. Close to a mini-mart for essentials.

Great home for a little family

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation. The space was ample and perfectly suited to accommodate everyone in our group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights for all. While we didn’t get a chance to use it, the pool was stunning—spacious and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay, adding to the overall sense of peace, and we always felt safe regardless of the time of day. Lastly, communication with Nasir was seamless and professional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. This is undoubtedly an accommodation we plan to return to in the future!

We had an amazing 5 days at this beautiful and modern apartment. everything was well thought of and it had everything a family could ask for. If you're looking for a quality vacation, away from the maddening crowds of mainland Lisbon this is the perfect place. The area around the river is extremely charming and peaceful.... everyone smiles and the seagulls sing their song. The connectivity from Cacilhas to Lisbon is super convenient, so if you feel like catching a bit of the buzz and night life, it's a 10 min economical ferry ride. I will definitely come back ... Simone and Melissa are the sweetest hosts and very helpful.

We were very happy to stay in Lena’s apartment in Almada. The apartment has a very good location (good restaurants and bakeries just outside the door, walking distance to Cacilhas, etc). The apartment is spacious and nice to stay in. There can be a bit of noise from the restaurant nearby, so if you’re sensitive to noise/music you might want to consider this before booking (it was not a problem to us though). Lena is very easy to communicate with, helpful and flexible. We had both an earlier check in and a later check out, which we appreciated a lot.

Tiago's place was exactly as it was described in the listing. Bright, generous, great amenities. Even a special request with separate office chairs to work was fulfilled for us. Tiago was always available and responded quickly. Nearby there are restaurants and a supermarket, the parking in the yard is also a big plus.

We had a wonderful stay in Ivo's apartment, which is located near the beach and train station, with a variety of grocery stores in proximity and very well equipped (e.g. washing machine with integrated drying function). The little garden belonging to the apartment served our children very well as playground. Contact with Ivo was impecable, obliging and responding very quick to all questions. We fully recommend this accomodation.

We stayed in apartment no. 6 and had a great time. The apartment was very clean and attention to detail. The kitchen was a real surprise: absolutely nothing was missing! In addition to pots, dishes and all kinds of useful equipment, there was also oil, salt and other small extras that made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable and the bed very comfortable, with fresh, quality sheets. We also enjoyed the free coffee and tea pods, a small detail that makes all the difference. The view was pleasant and relaxing, despite its proximity to the port. Also, free parking was really convenient. It's a place we would definitely recommend and would love to go back to.

Rodrigo was an incredible host, very friendly, responsive and flexible with our check in and check out. Also we loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. There are 2 grocery stores right around the corner. It’s a short drive to all the places you want to go when visiting Lisboa. Also very convenient if you are flying into the LIS airport. We would definitely stay here again.
