The location is very good, we went to markets, pizzeria and bakery on foot, everything mto near. The host was very kind and made available for the need. About the condominium, the parking spaces are very tight then very difficult to park big car. The beach view of the floor no longer exists because they built a building right in front, so it is necessary to update the description and photo.

The building is old, but the apartment is beautiful, organized and smelling. I and my boyfriend spent two days, made lunch and breakfast on site, the kitchen is equipped with enough items. Mr. Luiz was a sweetheart, relaxed our check-in and check-out time, gave us all the necessary guidelines, and left the apt impeccable for our arrival. The people of the building are friendly, the gatekeepers are very receptive, and when leaving the condominium you can already see the beach on the corner. It was an amazing experience that I intend to repeat soon!
