Simply love it! We felt at home, very cozy and organized. It had everything we needed, super complete house. Very good location too, many options nearby, plus it's practically standing in the sand from so close to the beach! Very attentive host as well. We will definitely be back.

The house is great, utensils in the necessary amount, all well clean, swimming pool with clear water! The only detail was the presence of Thor, the hostess's pet, circling around the house. Although meek, it was not very safe due to the presence of 4 children, but it was collected at our request!

The house is exactly as in the description. Everything inside was designed to meet the needs of the guest. It looks like a doll house, small, but it contemplated me in everything I needed, from the mirror to Airfryer. The communal area of the pool is also clean and organized, a pleasant space. Anyway Paulo was thoughtful and helpful, I arrived almost midnight and he helped me promptly. The beach of guaiuba is beautiful I am suspicious to speak. Beautiful house in the nicest neighborhood in Guaruja. Very spacious layout with plenty of beds and bedrooms for a large group. The neighborhood is very secure as well. The host was responsive and they have a repair team for the property for any issues. Check in was very easy as well. The house is stunning but there are a few minor things which didn't work for us like the jacuzzi. Nonetheless, the house was a great value!

I am very grateful to Marcello for hosting! The house is as per the photos! The only thing we felt was missing, it was from an extra shower. For 10 people, only 1 bathroom with a shower is little, but amanos everything!

Our stay was excellent!! The house is very beautiful, functional, has many bedrooms and bathrooms and is in great condition. We found all the utensils we needed (barbecue and kitchen items). The condominium is super safe and quiet. We take less than 15 minutes to get to the beach walking. Pernambuco beach is one of the best in Guarujá - super clean, not very full and the nature is lush. The host was so thoughtful and kind! I highly recommend it and plan to return!
